site easy to use havent had goods yet but will review when received

I cannot praise Outdoorkit enough after my parcel went astray with a certain delivery Company. They were swift to answer my questions and indeed help me track my item as I didn't have that information. Everything was resolved within an hour. They refunded the delivery charge too as a goodwill gesture, eventhough I said I was happy with the delivery charge, as the lady I spoke to said that I hadn't had the service that I'd paid for. I will definitely purchase again from them because they were wonderful to deal with. I placed my order yesterday afternoon and it did arrive today albeit I had to get it from someone else.
The items were well packaged and they are fantastic boots!

They had my size in stock and I didn't have to wait for them to be dispatched from Germany, the man I spoke to was very helpful and they are being dispatched today

I have to say, this is the quickest, most efficient and informative company I have ever dealt with.

Fabulous company. Good prices and quick delivery with DPD.
Unfortunately the backpack from Rab which I ordered broke with the first use. A quick call to the company and a returns label was sent to me. I returned the backpack and in under a week I had a new replacement delivered.
I can't ask for more. Would certainly recommend and will buy from them again.
