Simon Castle from Outlook Properties was excellent in arranging the lease of a lovely flat in the Royal Docks. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend.

Outlook have been fantastic in helping us manage our move during the Covid-19 crisis. The Lettings Manager (Sukhi) has been very supportive and their Branch Manager (Billy) even drove out to Bermondsey to drop off our keys to save us a journey during lockdown. They are a great reflection on the company - a special thanks to both of them!

Renting from Outlook for over 7 years now - they have always provided a brilliant service. They have an online maintenance system that allows quick registration of issues which the team then follow up on pretty quickly.

The agents have always been responsive to ad-hoc requests and queries and have helped find solutions to any issues raised with the development managers I am currently residing with.

The only issue I have had is the delay on maintenance whilst they await go ahead from the landlord - which is not under their control.

Terrible experience. Took too long for property maintenance to fix any thing. Overcharged severely on checkout and still haven't received my deposit back after moving out 2 months ago. Have been emailing Danielle but takes over a week to hear anything back. AVOID

Simon has been the best agent we have encountered as a landlord. He is always working in the best interests of both landlord and tenant as well as being very knowledgable about the process and market.

I have worked with Outlook Property for a few years now and find Simon to be practical and good humoured, helping me to find and retain tenants and to be compliant with current legislation and guidelines. Simon always does what he can, whatever the situation. He has even been known to wipe a cloth around a (clean, but vacant for a few weeks) property, prior to tenants moving in, for me when I was unable to get there myself!
