Being first time sellers of a residential property, I was very hesitant about the whole process. Working regularly overseas and having a young family, we wanted a very smooth and transparent service. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best of experiences using an alternative local agent which pushed us to lose confidence in the conventional estate agent. Went through a nightmare finding someone competent to let my property and then 1 phone call with Adam at Outlook and within hours I had someone lined up! Amazing and a credit to the company.

I recently rented a property through Outlook, despite being hesitant after having read the reviews on here, and I’m very happy I went through with the property. Outlook (in particular Isabella and Simon are who I dealt with), have made the whole moving process, from viewings, through to the moving day, even queries I had after moving in easy. They have been response throughout and I would recommend Outlook to anyone.

They manage fusion court 91 Leytonstone High Road, it is a new building and it’s going down hill very fast . The bins are always overflowing. The residents at the top floor throw rubbish from the top flllor. According to the residents they are vey difficult to get hold of. The place smells, is overridden with. rats, mice foxes and flies.

Had my property on the market with Outlook Estate Agent in Tottenham until I checked Rightmove on 09/06/19, to find my property was removed. How disappointed I am that they have for the 2nd time taken my property off the market against my wishes. I did not find the current manager particularly helpful. I guess he is more concerned that a property that hasn’t sold being on their books makes their business look bad.
