I think overall, your plugins and VSTs are amazing. Arcade is a real gem. One thing I would really wish, is to have updates on the VSTs, such as Exhale or Signal. One think that is a bit annoying, is that I can not save favorite sounds like I can do in Substance. Would be nice to have that feature added on the other VSTs. But you guys are killing it.

Arcade is so easy to use and always comes in handy when i need an inspiration boost. Thanks Output.

I’ve been subscribed to output arcade for 5 or so years. I often post my praise of the company and create content to show how I made songs . Over time I’ve developed a relationship with many employees at output and have had first hand experience seeing them care about their customers and how we use their products . I also have participated in a few contests and even won! I am a full time producer musician songwriter beatmaker and Output is the only company that has taken the time to let me know they appreciate me .

Tim was very quick and efficient. Very polite and I noticed without a doubt I was getting the best help I can ask for. I use Output mainly for Portal, Thermal & Movement. Very great products at a good price for the subscription offered

Excellent! 👌🏽 First of all I love Arcade, I mean is just brilliantly done. 👏🏽 I had an issue with finding back samples into Arcade in some of my projects I made with; I suddenly sent an email to the support service which was so efficient as fast, really impressed how helpful was this! The person’ name I interacted with is Tim, really professional and kind I definitely recommend! 🙏🏽

I was able to use the trail for free in the month and forgot to unsubscribe. Thankfully the response was fast and supportive. If anything I would come back to Output.com for the great service.

All of a sudden, the plugins forced med to re-authorize. When I tried, i got a response saying I had used up all available activations. Apparently, the number of unlocks is limited, and apparently the limit is really really low, since I have only switched computers twice over the last 10 or so years. So. Then you have to wait for support, for a day or two at best. If this happens in a live situation, you're F'ed. In a weekend mix session, you're F'ed. On a deadline, you're F'ed. Copy protection preventing a paying customer from using the product paid for (in a fair way according to license agreement) is simply not ever OK. Not ever.

Everything Output makes is of very high quality. I have every software plugin they make plus their studio monitors and recently signed up for Arcade, so I can speak from experience. I've only interacted with customer service a limited number of times (once this month) but they have been prompt and very courteous/accommodating in their response to address my issue. People that are saying this company is a scam are being ridiculous - this is a well respected company in the music industry. Go look at their Instagram page and see how many professionals use them if you need more reassurance!

Scam. You cant cancel your subscription. As in they don't give you the option. The button is not clickable. You can however "get one extra month FOR FREE", which is nice in case you wanna delay the inevitable. gonna have to block my card ig

The Response And Action I Received From Customer Service Via Email Was Exactly 💯% What You'd Want If You Where In My Position With The Issue I Had...I Was Honest And Forthright With My Issue And I Couldn't Of Asked For A More Quick, Exact And Compassionate But Firm Response To My Situation... After I tested it; A lot of strange sounds. Excellent for your kids to play with if they have patience. Always problem with connecting the software. Musicians and people are generally know how to use a computer and software. Nobody love a problem software and loosing time for eternal support cases. Like many companies, these have also bought voices from musicians to advertise their product, but seriously, invest in a better product if you want to play with quality. I do not recommend this for serious work, this is more like a toy with problems.

I was a little thrown off by getting billed for 15 dollars when I thought it was 10 dollars a month. It was an oversight on my end. I was excited to get the service and didn’t pay attention that it was 15 dollars a month. I contacted the customer service and asked if I can get the yearly subscription and get credit for the 15 dollars. The customer service rep gave me an extra month for free before the yearly subscription starts. I’m really impressed by the response time and the customer service rep taking care of me.

This is a scam. You cannot remove your payment info, and you cannot cancel your subscription. When you try to cancel your subscription, the button which says "cancel" does not actually do anything. It leads nowhere.

No where on the website lets you delete your account and information and they will not delete your account (address, bank details etc.) when you request to. They will not provide sufficient warning of when signing up for their free trial. Can't even remove my card details. Probably going to sell your info.

its a scam. They get you to misclick stuff and i fell for it when i started making beats. I didnt even think about getting output, but somehow they got a free trial on me and put the email on spam saying that i will be billed. that was 10 euro off me. I would like a refund ASAP.
