Working with Steve H as was an absolute pleasure , calm , reassuring , supportive and helpful. Perfect for how I learn - got through my mod 1 and mod 2 with minimum of fuss , thanks Steve.

The instructor,Wayne was patient, informative, constructive and friendly. He delivered a day of training that in my opinion could not be beaten

Dave, firstly I would like to thank you for all you did for Adriana and myself to accomplish our full motorcycle licenses, going above and beyond to get us the test dates etc.
Secondly I would like to thank both Richard for taking us through the MOD 1 phase and MOD 2 phase of training, who was excellent in all respects, and Steve who took me on my MOD 2 training prior to my test, which unfortunately I was not successful first time around, however, his methods and instruction was impeccable.

Oxford Motorcycle Training were really supportive in my learning to Ride a motorcycle. I had only previous off-road experience and Steve, our instructor, was very calm, super patient and clear with the main messages and learning points we needed to take.
Steve was super relaxed which, in turn, helped me to relax and meant I took more from the training as a result.
I would highly recommend QOMT for all you motorcycle training needs!

Booked a DAS course and, with fantastic instruction from Steve & Rich, I passed both Mod 1 & 2 tests first time.

My original Mod 1 test slot was cancelled by DVSA, and Dave was fantastic in helping organising new test dates.

You can't go wrong training with these guys, it's a fantastic team, thanks all!

I cannot fault the instructor that took me for my CBT! He was patient, understanding and very positive. He was very reassuring when I was struggling. He was very thorough and professional with his teaching. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to learn to ride a motorbike!

I passed my MOD 1 and Mod two Richard in February. Excellent communication and experience for the 3 days. Richard was very patient with me, and had a great combination of road riding, slow controls, and preparation leading up to both tests.

Would strongly recommend.

I approached Dave at Quickstart as a total novice and was offered a CBT and a package of training for the DAS, complete with prospective dates to take my module 1 and module 2 tests.
The CBT training was conducted by Wayne in Witney and was delivered in a very supportive manner with an emphasis on safety. The module 1 and 2 training and the tests were in Oxford where Rich did a thorough job, mainly with the module 1 training and Steve did likewise with the module 2 training. Both instructors were excellent and I quickly realized that I had an opportunity to benefit not only from training but also from excellent coaching by these first-rate professional motorcyclists. Getting a piece of paper with the word "PASS" written on it is nice, but the lessons learned from these guys may just save your life. For this reason and because of my limited experience I opted for and benefitted from extra module 2 training. Even with the extra coaching, the whole process took less than two months including Christmas and a module 1 retest.
Based on my personal experience I would therefore not hesitate to recommend Quickstart for motorcycle training.

Steve and Rich were just amazing. Their training style and approach to my learning was second to none; as a mature learner and stage 4 cancer patient they had their work cut out, but they effortlessly guided me through both mod 1 and mod 2 tests. I can't thank you guys enough, you've helped make a dream come true and for me it's literally life changing. Keep up the great work and for anyone that's reading this wondering if they should sign up - go for it, these guys are the best on every level.

These guys were amazing and really want you to learn especially the points that are your weakest. Thanks to Steve I passed both Mod1 and Mod2 first time and I'm now choosing my ride. IF you want to pass and enjoy being with dedicated instructors I highly recommend OTM.

Craig guided me & 2 other trainees through our CBTs this weekend. He was excellent; he gave us great tips especially on slow riding technique & trained us with humour, attention to detail, constructive criticism & positivity & used insightful methods to help us remember the various points. Excellent training provider for DAS course. Instructors very knowledgeable, considerate and skilled.

I came into this as a beginner, I was unsure about how I felt from the start. Trying to book this course I had to try to get in contact multiple times which was quite odd.

When I arrived everything went well but when I misunderstood one of the instructions during the practice the instructor knowing well that I am new instead of telling me where I went wrong and how to improve, he decided to raise his voice and tell me off like a child in front of others. At this point my enthusiasm for learning to ride was not there anymore as I felt this instructor had a problem with me which was highly unprofessional.

The other instructor were the very opposite! They tell me what I was doing wrong and were very lovely individuals and were very understanding. They encouraged me and gave me great tips which helped me passed my CBT!

10 months ago I had never even sat on Motorbike as a 47 year old man. I'm now enjoying every minute on my Harley Sportster. The typical mid-life crisis prompted me to take a CBT with Quickstart (Oxfordshiremotorcyletraining) ten months ago. Having never been on a motorbike, my instructor back then, Stewart was amazing. I enjoyed the day's riding so much and Stewart gave me so much confidence (despite me being far from a natural rider on the day) that I went right out and bought an LXR 125se. After riding a 125 for 10 months, I took the 3 day DAS course and passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 without any faults. I entirely have my amazing instructor, Steve, to thank for this. The fact that out of the four students in our group, we all passed our Mod 1s and 2s and I was the least experienced out of all the riders was testament to Steve's outstanding instruction. Steve tailored his instruction to each of us individually on the course. For the Mod , I was incredibly under-confident and nervous, and Steve coached me through the maneuvers and gave outstanding advice. He took a really holistic approach, and spent as much time coaching and supporting me in terms of my confidence as improving my technical skills. What was really outstanding was he went the extra mile, and stayed with me as I watched the other candidates complete their Mod 1s at the Kassam, keeping me calm and controlled. He even managed to get my test time brought forward a little bit so I wasn't waiting any longer than necessary, getting myself more worked up in the process. Steve made the Mod 2 a breeze, despite being in Banbury (which I'd never even been to before) we rode all the test routes. I'm so grateful for his advice regarding exiting and entering the test center which was trickier than I might have presumed. I felt really prepared for the test and despite me losing my instructor at one point, Steve had got me in the right mindset so I wasn't phased at all. Steve never 'over-taught' and during our rides would stay quiet giving pointers only when necessary. This was really good, as on YouTube there are some instructors that never seem to let you think for yourself. It meant that I wasn't uncomfortable on the ride with the examiner and was really thinking for myself during the ride. I would say that Steve combined everything you can associate with being a great instructor with also being a fantastic coach. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, we all had a great time, lots of laughs but also we were serious and supported each other, especially during the Mod 1. To be honest, even though I am elated to have passed, I really miss our days out doing the DAS.
I cannot recommend the instructors and service here more.

Nothing short of a 5-star review, I had a great experience gaining my full motorcycle license with Quickstart. Dave was very helpful in getting me booked in at just 1 week's notice due to a previous cancellation, and it was a pleasure to train under Steves's instruction. Overall a delightful 3 days of riding and I passed Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests first-time thanks to the detailed instruction and practice.

I can't fault Dave's team, from my CBT in Witney with Emma through to the mod 1 and 2 with Richard and Steve I felt the tuition was professional, thorough and enjoyable. I'd never ridden a bike before and passed first time which I think speaks volumes

There were elements I struggled with but the guidance and reassurance provided by the team was excellent

As a new year resolution last year I finally decided to learn to ride a motorbike. Quick Start took me from complete novice through to pass. They were really friendly and supportive but also their instructions were exactly what I needed to improve.
Just passed and am thrilled. Very much recommend!

I used these guys for both my CBT and then for my MOD 1 and MOD 2. Having never riden a bike before, they taught me everything I needed to know and got me through every exam first time of asking. Both Dave and Steve are very knowledgeable and patient and give you the confidence to feel safe on the roads. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get on a bike.
