Purchased an ebook for over $65 and was unable to open. Tried on multiple devices to troubleshoot. Attempted to reach customer support 6 times over two days. Never reached a human nor received call back. Class in in progress and no textbook. Guess will try Cheggs and go through credit card dispute so I can get my $$$ back from this useless service.

I love how this company rose from Shark Tank and how great they are. I only needed a few text books, and I used them to buy mine. They found me the least expensive options available, and I checked back, and they added several titles. They help save so much money, and their site is easy to use and find what you need. I just wish they were around before I became a junior. But I can save hundreds when I go through my senior year and graduate school with them, so I'm glad I know about them now!

I wish I knew about Packback before I started this school year! The amount of money I could have saved on textbooks is ridiculous. This is seriously one of the better ideas to come from a start-up company and it's something that college students everywhere can relate to.

Finally a company that understands how hard money is on college students. I'm a junior in college and I wish I knew about packback earlier because it would've saved me tons of money. Textbooks through the campus bookstore are way too overpriced and Packback helped me find the cheapest textbooks . As a college student, this website makes using textbooks easy and cheap. It really does save me hundreds of dollars per semester by offering $5 daily rentals. I would honestly encourage everyone to look into this company and use it.

With Packback, buying the necessary, multiple and of course, expensive textbooks is not a problem because students only have to pay when they actually need to use them. Its understandable that since this company just started up, it won't have EVERY single book that someone is looking for. But I love that they still were able to keep people's attention by adding the price comparison tool. This will be very beneficial for them in the future.
