Only sent part of my order, then ignored emails, tickets raised and phone calls. On hold on phone for an hour, left voicemail, ignored
Had to get a refund via paypal.
AVOID !

Still waiting for my order on a Saturday and moving next week! I hope to get my money back!!!

Goods do not arrive cannot speak with anyone. They do not answer emails awaiting my refund. DO NOT USE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWM

Awful service from these people I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I never received the items I had purchased I have emailed the company on many occasions and no response still waiting for my refund I have had to get the credit card company to get my money back…. Shocking service

Avoid this company.
I ordered their deluxe 2-3 bedroom package and added in a tape dispenser, a pack of extra tape and 4 box dividers.
The order arrived 5 days after telling me it would and was missing all of the extra items plus, the quantity and quality of the bubble wrap was laughable.
The box quality was very poor and to top it off the packing tape would barely stick to itself never mind boxes. The 3 boxes I tried it with fell apart the next day and the box contents landed on the floor. Thank goodness it was only pillowcases and bedding and not porcelain.
After this I decided I had to bite the bullet and order. From a different company. Their package arrived the next day and the difference was incredible.
3 weeks after the disasterous order from packing boxes.co.uk I'm still chasing up the extra order. 2 days ago I was told id have it within 2 working days and I was expecting it today, instead of the goods I got an email with a yodel tracking number I tried to check it and lo and behold it came up as an invalid number.
I spjust sent an email and a#ked for a redpfund as I'm suck and tired of the dreadful quality of the items and the dreadful customer service.
It all comes together to make an abysmal company. Moving is stressful enough without this.

I urgently required moving boxes for a move and I had these expressed delivered. After chatting with them on their online chat portal they assured me that they would be delivered today. I spent all day waiting for the boxes missing out on urgent matters I needed to attend to. Boxes never arrived and I’m in a terrible situation now.

We had trouble locating the order after it was delivered to our building and customer services were on top of their game to make it right. Located the boxes and all was good. Hayley on customer service was superb

Avoid at all costs!

They give you false delivery promises they never intend to keep on their website, stating it will be next day and nearly a month later and my order STILL hasn't arrived, even after chasing for a replacement order to be sent out. Customer service is slow and useless. I can't even speak for the quality of the items as they STILL haven't arrived.

My experience with the charlatans at packingboxes.co.uk has left me frustrated during an already stressful time trying to move home.

Go elsewhere, this company is a total joke.

Prompt delivery and good value for money. Quality golf box that easily housed my cart bag and full set of clubs. Might though be a tight squeeze for a for a large tour golf bag.

Had ordered these for moving about 6 years ago for storing CDs but could not get them from same company. Packingboxes had them at half the price and bettet price for shipping
from another company.Great quality all in one product for storage and moving quantities of CDs with fast delivery.

Looking to move house & in not doing so in almost 40 years didn’t really know what boxes we would need. Got the 2-3 bedroom deluxe moving pack from Packing Boxes & couldn’t be more pleased with both how quickly they were dispatched as well as how good the quality of the range of boxes sent are. We haven’t filled all the boxes yet but if we need more then Packing Boxes will be where we will get them from. Thank you.

Ordered quite a large quantity of boxes and packing materials on 22nd August. Goods arrived on the evening of 26th August via Yodel.
All packaging and materials were intact and good quality. Thank you.

Items arrived on time,well packaged and as described

I ordered from them because they could deliver on the date I needed. As it turned out, they could not and the boxes arrived 24 hours late. Under such circumstances as a house move, the delay caused considerable stress. They were very unhelpful over the phone, when I did get through. They did not respond to emails either. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I'm one of those people who would like the ZERO stars option. Paid £220, the boxes arrived late, wrong number and wrong sizes therefore useless, no replies to emails, no customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I also noticed they don't bother to respond to negative reviews, which, given the level of service they offer, is entirely in character. STEER CLEAR.

They promised next day delivery; and it took them 4 days to process and ship my order. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I have literaly no idea how I'm moving, since I won't have any boxes to pack my stuff in.

I called on day 3 and the lady on the phone seemed helpful and polite, but it still didn't ship until day 4. Fingers crossed it actually arrives on day 5.

Paid extra for delivery within 24 hours, low and behold it's the next day and no dispatch email, no delivery! After being on hold on the phone for 45 mins I finally got told there are delays and they won't be dispatched until tomorrow... After reading other reviews I am very skeptical. Do not order from here if you are in urgent need of moving boxes

Update: Delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday 5th and did not arrive until late afternoon on Thursday 7th (I was moving on Friday morning!)

Was promised dispatch within 24 hours. Ordered on Monday 21 July, expecting delivery by Tue 22 / Wed 23.

I called the sales team on Wed 23 and they questioned why I called them?

Have received a tracking number finally, with delivery expected Fri 25.

Hoping the quality is not as bad as some of the reviews here state it is...

This company was the cheaper option, but they shouldn't claim next day dispatch / delivery if the low cost is based on their business model.

Very handy boxes, fast delivery once order was picked, good communication.

Wish I had of listened to the reviews...ordered £200 worth of boxes and kit for a large house move. Boxes flimsy and not good for holding any substantial, wardrobe boxes buckling as they are so weak and to top it off they sent me 15 general boxes that aren't even glued on the side. Put in a complaint, ask to send a picture (which I promptly did) and now no reply for 3 weeks! Shocking product and lack of customer service.
