The boxes were sturdy and the packaging materials, tape etc were just what we needed.
And when it was evident we needed more we happily went back for what we required. Knowing they would be delivered on time helped too

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Please pay attention to this and previous reviews as although I read the other reviews, I thought it wouldn't happen to me. I ordered boxes and packing for a move, and paid for 48 hour delivery on Monday. No tracking information given, and their system did not recognise order, so I called and emailed. No answer to either. After 6-7 phone calls I finally spoke to someone on Wednesday who informed me they had not been sent, but would go out that day for delivery Thursday. Tracking number issued, but did not work. I called again on Thursday and was informed that not only had they not been sent but were also out of stock. Obviously a BIG problem given we were moving the following day. This outfit is totally unreliable, unresponsive and should be AVOIDED at all costs!!!! Try anyone else - just don't bother with these people unless you want a HUGE amount of hassle and extremely poor customer service.

Packingboxes.co.uk provide a first-class service. They offered everything I needed to pack, seal and store my belongings, all at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt and I have used them multiple times for different jobs. I would highly recommend.

I ordered some plastic covers x7 clear and I was sent some nasty green plastic and they couldn’t even bother to cut it!!! I also ordered 5 x medium boxes and received only 4. I emailed them many times and nothing has been done. I will never use this company again.

Ordered for next day delivery - nothing ! Rang customer service and was told some items were out of stock , but my order would be dispatched that afternoon for next day delivery.
The following day came and went - still no boxes. I rang the customer service number - no answer - rang back for the sales number and it was answered immediately - funny that . The gentleman that answered said he would investigate and call me back. He did call back as promised, and fed me a load of nonsense about the fork truck being broken and the boxes being on the to racking in the warehouse. But ….. he did promise my order would be dispatched that afternoon. ( without the plastic storage boxes which were too high to reach - or were they out of stock ? I’d had that many different excuses by now I was struggling to keep up. )
The order placed (and paid for) for next day delivery on Feb 13th, was delivered on Feb 19th, or at least part of it was. The plastic boxes which were out of stock / too high to reach still haven’t arrived ( Feb 26th) and only half of the promised cardboard cartons in the ‘Jumbo House Moving Pack ‘ were received.
And now ? Three consecutive days of telephone calls being unanswered, multiple requests for callbacks left on voicemail also unanswered, an email request for cancellation of the balance of the order and monies refunded only receiving an automated response.
Not sure whether these people are crooks, or merely incompetent. Either way, avoid this lot like the plague.

Ordered 40 boxes for a project and got express delivery. 3 days later nothing. Emailed them znd got a reply saying g sorry, will mark as urgent.
3 days later nothing, not replying to Emails now. Used PayPal and got an immediate refund.
I would not use this company, I have no idea how they stay in business.
Save time and money and go somewhere else.

Paid extra for Saturday delivery, hadn't received so phoned on Monday to be promised that my order would be delivered today, yet it still hasn't been shipped. They are not answering the phone and have not responded to my online query.

This is so stressful, at a time when we need to pack for moving home, they really should have made this a priority for today.

No items delivered! No email replies! And no answer on the telephone. Also known as other names so buyer be aware!

Completely hopeless. Took literally weeks to arrive, and when the order arrived it was the wrong size box, and only 3 instead of 4. And now they are ignoring my emails.

I ordered a pack that had a series of boxes, tape, bubble wrap and packing paper. It was ordered for next day delivery.
It arrived 4 days later.
The package contained boxes only.
I've emailed 3 times to ask what's going on and haven't even had a reply.

Ordered £100 worth of boxes and containers for a house move. Express delivery. an email confirmation with order number received saying you'll get another email once it dispathes, no further email received. A week later still no delivery. Telephoned the cust services on many occassions and left messages, never get to speak to an actual person. logged a "ticket" online and never heard anything back either. I think this could be a bogus company. Note that 50% of reviews say no delivery! I wish I had looked at reviews first but of course was in a hurry as moving quickly....scammers exploit these situations where people are expecting something quickly and then move and don't have the energy to chase them, that's how they get away with it.

I opted for this company because they advertise next day delivery. In fact, my order arrived late and only in one part. It is now a week on and I have not received the other part of my order, with no indication at all as to when this might be. Customer service is unhelpful.

Overall a very poor service - it seems from many of these reviews (which I wish I had seen before I ordered) that others have had a similar experience.

It is not acceptable to mess people around like this when they will inevitably be anxious about packing their belongings for a house move and will often not have much time to do this between exchange and completion.

when arrived ordered a pack for 2-3 bed house. The amount of bubble wrap and packing paper was just about enough if we had a bedsit so not sufficient for our needs

Website quick and easy to navigate. Prices seemed much fairer than competitors and delivery very prompt!

Boxes met our expectations. Required an additional item, which was sent first class post and received the next day! Happy days! 🙌

Ordered a 4 bed removal pack and many days later had part of the order left on my drive in the rain - brilliant thinking for a cardboard box containing cardboard boxes. Been trying to get them to replace the damaged ones and send all the missing boxes.
Been asked 3 times what’s missing and now ghosted - no replies to any messages.
Time to claim off credit card company - absolute scammers.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering boxes and would also give no stars if that were possible.
I ordered boxes on a Friday afternoon, paid for next day delivery thinking may not get them till Monday but wanted them quickly. Contacted them by email Tuesday as tracking said delivery still being prepared, asked for my next day delivery charge to be refunded, did get a reply but no mention of the refund I had requested. Emailed them Wednesday to say they still hadn’t been dispatched, had a reply later that day to say purchase had been dispatched but according to tracker on Thursday the order is still with sender. I needed these to de clutter the house with an estate agent planned to take photos on Friday. Have now had to cancel the estate agent as haven’t been able to move clutter to storage, this has delayed my putting property on the market.
So if you do order make sure it’s several weeks in advance of wanting the item, don’t pay for next day delivery as they don’t comply with this request, there next day takes over a week.

Would ideally give no stars. Website gave a date for delivery, goods not even dispatched until after this. Boxes were needed for moving and no response from customer services or chance of refund. Quick to take payment though. Absolutely awful. Avoid!
