My order arrived within the timescale promised. Unfortunately, there were a couple of items missing. One email to the brilliant Hayley, and it was all sorted. Missing items sent by post. These things happen, and I think the measure of a company is how they deal with issues. Can't fault Packingboxes for their response. Will definitely use again. Oh, and the original price was good as well

I send lots of family parcels to Australia. Boxes were well made, strong and reasonably priced. They arrived quickly. Will most certainly use this company again

Not as described. First order was in a beaten up box that fell apart. Scraps of bubble wrap included, no roll. Replacement order was near identical in 'quality'. Was asked to review and it never showed on the website. Appears they only display fake or positive reviews.

Was supposed to be "Express delivery" but nothing arrived, no sign of the parcel on the Yodel site. Contacted customer service, who said they'd send the order again. I asked if they could use a different courier company. Still nothing... Just as well I'm not in a hurry to move!

Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this company at all costs. They claim to offer next day delivery but my order took 5 days from ordering to even be despatched. I then waited a further 7 days and after nothing arrived I had to cancel the order because I needed boxes. E-mailed the company everyday about the delays, and phoned them, but they didn't seem bothered and were unhelpful.. They didn't seem bothered or surprised when I cancelled the order. I was then told by the company that it was able to hold my payment for 30-days before issuing a refund, despite providing no product whatsoever! Charlatans! Really awful experience from the start to the bitter end. There are cheaper and better suppliers out there, and if you order through a certain big well-known online retailer you do genuinely get next day delivery.

It’s mad that I keep getting sent reminders to place a review, I’ve had more emails about reviews than responses to emails sent to customer service. This store is nothing short of a joke, don’t send out the products then don’t reply to emails. If you can’t get the simple stuff right I struggle to understand how this business survives! Absolutely avoid!!

Quality and service were excellent. The sizes of boxes fitted our needs during moving house. Bigger boxes would have been difficult to handle(I'm 74), all in all, a well balanced economy package that we are well pleased with.

The Website easy to use and ordering was easy. Great correspondence throughout. Goods arrived on time, quality very good. All in all great service, highly recommend this company

Order was not delivered the following day as promised, called up after a few days only to be told that the order was still being processed in their warehouse. I requested a cancellation of the order and received an email advising me I will receive my refund within 14 days. 15 days later still awaiting my refund, despite having chased it via telephone and email.
Avoid this company!

Sadly you cant give zero stars. I ordered some boxes for next day delivery as i needed them urgently. They despatched them the following day, so it was nothing to do with busy carriers in the run up to Christmas. Why push your next day service with a cut-off time if you cant deliver it? I have them unopened and requested that they took them back and refunded me. Customer services dont answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, they dont care - I would say AVOID.

Not fit for purpose.
Delays in receiving boxes.
Not all packing material was sent so more delays (this happened with two separate orders so not isolated.
Boxes are not fit for purpose as could not withstand one journey. They had no stability and could not be stacked.

Reviews are a minefield, and they can sway a decision to use a company or buy an item, one way or the other.

My review is based purely on my experience with packing boxes uk, nothing more, nothing less.

I ordered what I needed, paid for it, and got a confirmation email almost immediately.
It was then that I checked the reviews, and I must admit that I did wonder if I'd dropped a clanger.

The day after my order was made, I got an email from the company letting me know that it had been dispatched to the carrier company.
By the evening of the same day, I received an email from the carrier company letting me know they had my order and it would be in transit for delivery the next day.
First thing in the morning on the next day I got a confirmation email from the carrier company that my order was out for delivery, this had all the info I needed, along with a 'track my order option'
I also received a call from the carrier company to check my details, and confirm that I would be in to accept the delivery.

The order was with me by 2.00pm that day, barely 48hrs after I'd ordered it.
As far as I am concerned, I got excellent service along the chain, from ordering to delivery.
Obviously other people may have different experiences, and therefore different reviews.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. The order didn't show up. I rang 3 days in a row and nobody did anything about it. Management didn't take any responsibility and certainly didn't care about how useless their service was. Different bits of business just blamed each other. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

BOOKED THE BOXES TO ARRIVE IN THE MORNING, HAD A BUNCH OF PEOPLE READY TO DO A MILITARY RELOCATION WITH ME, LUNCHTIME CAME AND WENT .............. ARRIVED AT 5PM WHEN EVERYONE HAD LEFT

Large choice of boxes at a reasonable price, extremely fast dispatch and delivery. Highly recommended

The service from Packing Boxes was fantastic. The website is super easy to navigate and although I felt the order was expensive, it is more than comparable with other products out there. The delivery driver was really lovely and overall I cannot fault the experience and products in any way.

Ordered at the beginning of the week with Express delivery. It’s Friday, and after numerous emails and a phone call I’ve heard nothing back other than they could send a replacement, but then nothing again. Not impressed.

I ordered pack for 1-2 bedroom house and plastic covers for kingsize mattress and my settee. Ease of ordering through website. Good delivery time. I had an item missing, contacted company by email and item received in short time despite postal strike.

Moving very soon, so not used the items for purpose yet. Proof of the pudding, etc... However will update my review when that has happened. Could well earn that fifth full star, but 4.5 in my opinion at the moment.

I ordered the 4-Bed-Economy-Pack it arrived with the box damaged and delivered to the wrong address. How this is supposed to be for a 4 bed house as the boxes are tiny I don't think it is enough to do a single room. Felt very cheated, £60 for boxes that are 1/4 m2 and 1/8 m2, struggling to find things to put them in. will need to buy more, but never from this company again.

yes, the dimensions were there, in small print, but the pack suitable for a 4 bed house was in huge large print! I feel cheated.

Thanks Natasha for your response, but I really feel the advertising was misleading, it was called economy pack for a 4 bed house, I would be very surprised if a family in a four bed house could move with just your economy pack - you might review your product description as it is misleading.
