I needed two sturdy boxes for packing guitar amplifiers in for collection, and these are perfect as they're robust and a snug fit

Boxes delivered early and were bigger than expected which is a bonus.
The price of the boxes were very reasonable as well, I will definitely use this company again.

Terrible organisation - I ordered on Wednesday mid-afternoon and paid for next day delivery (which was being advertised and well within the countdown clock on the website.) Thursday, no boxes so I rang and they said they had booked the courier but they would be there on Friday. Friday came around - no boxes so I asked them to refund which they agreed to. Monday I got an email to say they were 25 stops away and they would be delivered - I said no as the deadline was missed. They refused to not deliver so delivered them anyway. So I had to ring them again to arrange a collection the next day. The worst customer service I've ever received and I'm a Vodafone customer so that's saying something

It was straight forward to order on line and within 48hrs the boxes had arrived, wrapped in large polythene bags which will also be useful during the moving process.
The wardrobe boxes were excellent, much taller than some I had from a different supplier, the 'packingboxes' ones were tall enough to take dresses and coats instead of just shirts, midi skirts and blouses.

Poor customer service: no response to my complaint. Delivery took longer than promised and items either arrived damaged or missing. Generally, the boxes are weak, plus an awkward size for most household items. Plastic boxes arrived damaged and unusable, plus not the correct size as advertised. Will not be using this company again.

This company has gone downhill and it’s disappointing. I ordered boxes for next day delivery because I was moving so everything is time critical. They didn’t dispatch until the day after they were supposed to arrive. I had sent an email the day before to cancel because they hadn’t been dispatched but they ignored and sent them anyway knowing I would have left. There was no one to receive the parcel and was left on the porch by the courier. They finally replied to my email saying I’d have to beat the cost and hassle of returning the order if I wanted a refund. Thank goodness I used my credit card and have initiated a chargeback. Their website is plastered with messages of next day delivery if you buy by a certain time. It’s false advertising! Will never use again. It’s like the whole team has lost the passion they once had as a business.

Website is easy to navigate and information is clear. Ordering is easy and they delivered on time. Thank you.

Paid for express delivery window and did not arrive until days end and when it did turn up the accessories were not there. A whole day taken off work wasted and still not able to pack due to incomplete order. Called customer service refunded only for the express postage fee and £15 for the missing accessories. No consideration for the financial loss incurred and inconvenience due to their poor customer service. No effort on their part to make amends. Don't use this company.

We ordered a pack of 10 medium packing boxes from Packingboxes.co.uk on the 25th of April at approximately 15.00. Unbelievably, they turned up the next morning at 09.00!! This level of service was an extremely pleasant surprise considering the service was FREE OF CHARGE!! Why can’t others or indeed everyone offer such fantastic levels of service. 5 stars doesn’t even come close.

Simple to order, arrived quivkly. Only made up one box but it seems sterdy enough. Could maybe do with more bubblewrap over tissue paper but thats about it.

The boxes were delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

This company always provides good quality products at a very reasonable price. The delivery was very speedy too, which is great when you're needing to pack up your house for moving!

Absolutely useless. I ordered boxes on the 17th. By the 21st they still hadn’t arrived (I know they don’t do weekends so I was expecting them on the 20th) so I asked for a replacement. Was told a replacement would be sent. It’s now the 23rd. I’m supposed to be moving out in a few days and nothing is packed. This has caused me nothing but stress in an already difficult time. If the boxes don’t arrive TODAY then I’ll have to pack an entire 3 bed house on the same day I’m meant to be moving because I’m working the rest of the week!

Any reviews above 1 star must be false. This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They constantly ask for Reviews but fail to actually deliver the product. Every time I email that products have failed to arrive I receive an email in response raising a 'ticket' - whatever that is. 'Hayley' constantly emails asking if I've received emails from them. What 'Hayley' fails to understand is that emails are all I have received. I don't actually believe that 'Hayley' exists. Not one of the products I ordered have been delivered. Fortunately I paid by Credit Card and they have taken on the case and given me a refund, but all I can recommend is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
