The products are good. But delivery unreliable. Very often they don’t deliver on the booked day. Sometimes they deliver then 1-3 days later. Sometimes not at all.

(I already emailed palegreendot several time. No product in sight)

Pale Green Dot has been an excellent source of fruit and veg and staples during lockdown and I plan to continue buying from them even post pandemic.

I’m an old customer, though I don’t order too often. Before I was asked to move to the new website the boxes were bigger and the delivery was free. It seems that for more money now I’m getting less. I still rated 3 star because the quality of the vegetables is good

beautiful fresh produce, always something surprising that we haven't seen before to feed our cooking adventures, the venison box was really delicious as well, highly recommend!

Very speedy service. Would have been 5 stars but did not know if I would receive a delivery this week as i had left it late last week to order and no delivery time was sent to me. Excellent produce

Highly recommended, this is an excellent service!

The quality of the fruit and vegetables is excellent and the price charged for them fair. My latest delivery was delayed twice because of unavoidable circumstances. I was kept fully informed at all times and am really impressed by the service. My son has had the meat and dairy boxes and says the quality is high.

So far so good !! Surprised in a nice way to have some fresh dates. But a whole white cabbage for a small box for 2 seems to be too much.

Love PGD. Such a good service, great fruit box for a very decent price and no delivery charge. Love the variety in the weekly box and happy they are changing up the content more than last year.

Great weekly fruit and veg delivery! So much better than those from other companies I've had in the past. Produce is all great quality and I love the extra staples every week too.

The variety of fruit and vegetables in this box was fantastic, all good quality and fresh. The delivery was on time, I will definitely continue ordering.
