The Palliser organization-style fits very well with our Company.

Bought a $3,000 Palliser Pachuca sofa with DAX ASH covering in 2017. This is supposed to wear like leather according to salesperson who is no longer an employee. As other people have messaged, our unit starting peeling after the warranty expired and we are about to give it away to anyone who will come and remove it. Palliser continues to sell this garbage Dax Product. Stay away from it. Palliser has offered to provide us with new DAX material to recover it at our cost. Quotes to recover are way to expensive as compared to buying actual leather. Stay away from DAX material products!!

Our sales Rep Tonya is fantastic. She makes it fun and easy to deal with Palliser. She has even replied to emails and texts when on vacations. The portal and weekly emails are great also , making it that much easier compared to other suppliers.

I think Palliser is a good value for the money overall. I give it 4 stars because there are often service issues with the product and repairs are not made easy. I have more complains on Palliser than most of many vendors from customers and the price list is complicated for many of the sales members as a result, I have more returns on palliser than other lines we carry.

Overpriced furniture

Palliser has beautiful, quality furniture options and it's made in Canada! It's great to make it one of a kind to fit into your personal space.

We have enjoyed a many year relationship with Palliser. They have always been fair with us and the rep, Bruce has gone above and beyond to help us with anything that arises.

It is very frustrating to receive weekly email about Palliser LEAD time that are not accurate.

It takes months to more than a year to get a credit which is not acceptable.

Spent over $8,000 for a leather sofa, loveseat and chair 5 years ago. There are only 2 people in our home so they do not get a ton of use. They are so uncomfortable that I cannot sit on it for longer than a few hours. It so hard it’s impossible to get comfortable. Also, it has gotten black dust from the mechanism underneath all over the carpet and ruined it. I had to go shopping for new furniture today…

The product is great but the customer service if there issues with customers products to get parts & to resolve issues is like pulling teeth

GREAT PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES!

The look and feel is good but not quality not nearly as good as in the past. Far too many quality fit and finish issues & premature material failures lately. All this after major increase in prices.

As a Customer Service/Claims Mgr. I find them helpful as usually I have to contact them, they usually respond to all my questions, although sometimes it takes a while, but you'll be given a heads up, so I just have to follow up in those cases.

Paid almost $4000 for a sectional. 7 years later, leather is peeling horribly and spreading rapidly. Essentially all regularly used sitting surfaces as well has the back cushions are bubbled and peeling. Absolute garbage. My extended warranty conveniently expired 2 years prior to the entire couch going to hell.
