I had a few questions so rang their customer service and ask hlac I did. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He did indeed go the extra mile. My fan palm arrived yesterday in a very healthy condition, well packaged and am so pleased with it. Prompt delivery and excellent value for money aswell. Highly recommended

Very happy with my purchase, great communication, well packaged and extremely healthy plants .
I had to order the rest from an alternative company as there wasn’t enough stock of my chosen plant and I have to say the difference in everything from packaging to how healthy the plant was very obvious.

I ordered a camelia which arrived quickly and in great condition (no damage). The plant exceeded my expectations, is very healthy and was carefully packaged. The communications was consistent and even the delivery driver was lovely. Will definitely order from the company again.

Ordered a bamboo that has just arrived. Lovely specimen that was well wrapped and protected for delivery. My order arrived quickly and I was kept informed of its progress regularly. I am really pleased with this bamboo. I will certainly be ordering from The Palm Centre again.

Great value and excellent condition. I ordered 14 Portuguese Laurel - five 1/2 standard and nine 3/4 standard. They arrived quickly, and were all very healthy. Far more substantial and established than I had imagined. After looking around for weeks at 14 different suppliers, I am very pleased we went with The Palm Centre... great quality at an unbeatable price.

Have used this supplier for over a decade and their plants always arrive in excellent condition and last a long time.

I'd never ordered plants online before so I was apprehensive. I ordered 3 x phylostachys bamboo which were on sale. Delivery was very fast, the plants were well packaged, and looked extremely healthy. The bamboos were taller than I was expecting, one being >250cm, I was expecting 150-200cm. This was very pleasing. I would use again, and would certainly recommend to friends.

The Palm I ordered was delivered on time and is as described on their website. I'm so pleased with it I might order another one.

The product, 3 dryopsis filling ma's were really lushous which is no mean feat at this time of year, ( early december) also they kept me upto date with delivery details, and add to that a fantastic price. I'm just a bit annoyed with myself, for not using the palm centre before. I would definitely recommend them.

Lovely healthy plant. It would have been 5* but the delivery company did not deliver on the day they first said and when it did arrive the box had been damaged and repaired. Luckily the plant had survived their traumatic journey. So yeah…very robust healthy plant so 5* for the Palm Centre.

Due to circumstances outside the Palm Centre's control the shipping company had to defer one of my parcels. However The Palm Centre's customer service was quick to follow up and give clarity.

When the plants arrived they were in excellent health with decent root and top growth relative to the pot size I'd ordered. Would happily re-order from here again in the future when looking for structural garden plants.

The tree fern arrived very securely packed and sooner than I expected.
It is huge (considering I bought a juvenile, which often means you get something tiny) and healthy and beautiful.
Couldn't be more pleased.
