Mio figlio di 14 anni mi ha parlato di Pandabuy, definendolo un "sito meraviglioso" dove, a suo dire, praticamente regalano le cose. Così ho cercato di capire meglio come funziona questa piattaforma. Premetto che non è un processo intuitivo, ma grazie a un tutorial e alla mia esperienza da tecnico informatico, penso di aver compreso abbastanza il meccanismo.
Pandabuy è un intermediario che acquista merce in Cina e ce la spedisce a casa, guadagnando sulla "mediazione". Ora, il 99% di chi utilizza questo metodo non è alla ricerca di prodotti a basso costo reperibili su Temu o AliExpress, ma di merce contraffatta. Per questo motivo, è complicato "trovare" il prodotto desiderato e, una volta individuato, bisogna capire da quale specifico venditore cinese Pandabuy dovrà acquistarlo per noi.
Tralasciando il rischio di fermo in dogana ,supponendo che ci siano dei trucchi per evitare i controlli, ho voluto capire quanto fosse il risparmio. Fresca di acquisto sul sito ufficiale Nike, alla fine di marzo, di una tuta Tech completa da uomo venduta a 105 euro ma pagata 95 grazie a un codice sconto trovato su internet, ho fatto una simulazione per vedere il costo di una replica venduta da un sito con il nome di una razza di cani (gli esperti capiranno a cosa mi riferisco), che dicono essere quella che ha la migliore qualità .Ebbene il costo sarebbe di circa 62-65 euro, spedita a Pandabuy, a cui dovrei aggiungere il costo per la mediazione e le spese di spedizione Ma anche se fatta bene avrei tra le mani comunque "replica" mentre l'originale quando a mio figlio non andrà più bene potrò rivenderla su Vinted a 40-50 euro.
Quindi, tornando al punto, a cosa mi serve pandabuy ?? Ci potrei pensare se pagassi un 25-30% del prezzo "originale" , ma così preferisco cercare sui vari siti "nostrani" , dove, con un po' di pazienza e con un pò di flessibilità riguardo al colore o all'anno di produzione l'affare si trova

Fatto un ordine, al momento di inserire le spese di spedizione i prezzi sono lievitati vertiginosamente, ben al di sopra del valore della merce, non ho continuato nell'acquisto per ovvi motivi, chiedo il rimborso dei soldi già spesi

Bestellungen werden ständig wieder gecancelt, weil die Bezahlung z.B. über sofort trotz direkter Abbuchung Tage dauert. Bei Refunds muss man ständig beim Agent nachfragen, sonst werden diese tw. gar nicht gebucht.
Schuld hat dann immer Kunde.

I wanted to buy an Android tablet worth about 200 dollars which was not purchasable on globally available Chinese websites such as AliExpress and decided to use Pandabuy as the middleman to deliver my purchased item. The initial price for delivery was around 55 USD with the DHL shipping line. So far, so good. After they confirmed that the item was stored in their warehouse, I requested shipping from their warehouse to my home address. When attempting to ship my package via DHL, the package was returned to their warehouse and all of the shipping options except UPS were not selectable which costed around 200 dollars to ship. I also could not declare the right amount for my package with this shipping method. When I was preparing the package through their website, the input field for the amount to declare only allowed me to input up to about 120 USD. When I finally received my package to Bulgaria, I needed to pay customs as usual but, in addition to that I needed to take out an EORI number just to clear the package. On top of all of that, the item was malfunctioning and wouldn't turn on most of the times. They didn't offer me any actual compensation instead, they wanted me to ship the item back to China. So, in the end, I lost about 550 USD or close to 500 euros on this platform and would not recommend anyone to shop here as the chance of getting scammed is very high and you have practically zero warranty coverage here.

The people writing negative reviews have no idea how it works. They fail to realise that pandabuy is an agent and do not make or sell any of the products directly. You have to buy the items from chinese exclusive websites through them and then they ship it out to you. I have ordered two parcels and both came in around 12 days. Watch a youtube video on how to use, I recommend the video made by an account known as 'Jei'.

Padarius pavedimą, 149 eu. surinkinėjo mėnesį užsakymą, tada pareikalavo dar 60 eu., nors prekių dar nebuvo.
Nusprendėme atšaukti užsakymą.
Ir atšaukus, grąžino tik 48 eu. į sąskaitą.

IR 101 EU. PASISAVINO. Vis žadėjo, neva prekes atgal skirsto,

Te engañan poniendo precios bajos y luego te pegan el sablazo con los gastos de envío. Eso sí, no te dicen hasta 1 mes después de la compra a cuanto asciende. En mi caso unas playeras que pagué 31€ por ellas, me pidieron 29 de gastos de envío. Al final ñas he pagado más caro que si las hubiese comprado en la tienda. Una estafa en toda regla

Pésimo servicio no son capaces de reembolsar si tienes problemas no especifican si una línea está o no asegurada y si ellos responden.

Salve io ho fatto un ordine da novembre di una canadese e due paia di scarpe,a oggi non mi sono ancora arrivate sto scrivendo messaggio dove mi rispondino che la merce è in magazzino e non so che cavolo devo fare x sbloccare l ordine. ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi dicono che nn ne possibile averlo non c e scritto niente in italiano. Cosa devo fare ?
