My son ordered and it's a scam. They take your money and they hold the items and when they get items, they charge shipping for an enormous cost which at the end you don't want to pay and can't get reimbusement for the items you bought.
BE AWARE AND CAREFUL, WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS EVER AGAIN.

awful scammers, ordered keyfobs, now i cant ship as they are magnets, they are not and i have shipped with pandabuy before, the agent just keeps repeating the same words without checking, in fact i feel they do not want to help. useless and cost me alot of money, stay away from this bad customer service. Vernita i dealt with and its a classic case of such poor service you wonder how this company is in business. i will now use another agent for future, lost my business and i've also gone public on many forums and so many people are saying the same. pandabye

Wenn man weiß wie es geht muss man 5 Sterne geben alle die sagen ware kam nicht an liegt daran das wenn ihr es falsch macht der Zoll euch seized und dafür brauch man ne Versicherung um das Geld wieder zubekommen

Alors je suis passer là par hasard et je vois tout ce qui comprenne rien à crier l’arnaque , pandabuy faut savoir l’utiliser aucune arnaque si après vos livreur sont des m3rde et vous vole vos colis c’est pas la faute de pandabuy , vous avez peur de pas recevoir vous prenez l’assurance , commander 7 fois toujour clean j’ai encore reçu un colis ya 1 une semaine en 6 jour , lui d’avant 12 jour . Prennais des ligne comme Europe Line France valider de mon coter , vous déclarer 18,67 pour pas vous faire sauter a la douane et c’est good .
Ps pour ce qui sont mal intentionné je m’appelle n’y Isaac n’y Hernandez c’est un faux nom faux prénom .

No recibí lo que compré pero evidentemente me cobraron y a pesar de mis multiples quejas no he recupetado ni el dinero ni lo que compré. Fatal

Pandabuy is the best, its not a scam, people who think it is a scam they are just too stupid. who is gonna order something if they dont know how the website workes.
shipping costs are less when you remove shoe boxes etc.

Never buy from pandabuy, it's the worst scam I've ever seen, it's as fake as it gets and you have to pay several times.
My son wanted to buy some jym gear and asked me to purchase $108 worth of gear from pandabuy and it wasn't exactly cheap for what he ordered, I paid with PayPal to be on the safe side. 3 months later the gear still hasn't arrived, we look on the app on my son's phone and there's a number of messages asking extra payment for P&P to Ireland, which I was sure I had paid the first time round, we paid the extra cost $30 and almost immediately we get another message looking for extra payment per item for customs and export. At this stage I decided to cancel the order and raised a case with PayPal, this went on for weeks they refused to refund the full amount saying the items were destroyed in the warehouse and then they said they wouldn't refund the cost of returning the items to the store which makes no sense, eventually I got back only $38 of my $138 for absolutely nothing. I'm surprised PayPal let this happen. I always felt secure with PayPal and don't understand why they would be affiliate with such a dodgy shopping agent such as pandabuy. absolutely useless so sick of been ripped off.

I bought goods worth 400 euros, which they tried for 3 months to send outside of China and they failed.
To my surprise, they would try to send it for the next year, because that's how they make business for themselves.
I was just wasting time and getting annoyed.
You should avoid such dilettantes when buying.

La gente que dice que no le ha llegado o cualquier historia supongo es porque no saben comprar llevo mas de 10 paquetes por pandabuy y solo me ha fallado uno por culpa mia es demasiado fiable hay que saber utilizarlo y aprender

My nephew ordered some items and just like many other people described, parcel went straight back and they don't want to give the money back. The parcel came all the way to the destination city and went back wihout attempt of delivery. First they said the address wasn't right ( that would mean they missed something in the address on purpose so it's not delivered). Then they said it was duty custum issue. They are stealing peoples money and all the good reviews look like somone paid them to write something positive because otherwise the score would be one big red star. They are breaking consumers rights. They take money and keep the items. They probably send empty parcels and make sure they are not delivered or resell the same items but keep the money. Something should be done about this. Do not buy on panda buy.

Everything that came was perfect. Shipping is good, make sure to huy insurance. Btw dont buy LV, gucci… incase u get seized

uselless support, scam

Mio figlio ha acquistato assieme ad un gruppo di amici "che sanno come usare la app" da questo sito.
A tutti quelli che scrivono "non sapete usare la app" vorrei rispondere che un sito/app di acquisti online dovrebbe essere concepito per essere utilizzato in modo chiaro e trasparente da tutti. Se ci sono delle opzioni di spedizione che comportano rischi di multe, spese addizionali o addirittura di mancata consegna non dovrebbero essere nemmeno presenti. Non è accettabile che una persona debba informarsi sui "trucchi" per poter acquistare senza essere truffata!

Ich habe bereits vier mal den Service von Pandabuy in Anspruch genommen und nie Probleme gehabt.

Der Support war immer sehr hilfreich und hat sich um meine Anfragen immer sehr schnell gekümmert.

Auch bei Extrawünschen wurde genau das umgesetzt, was ich zuvor über den Chat angefragt habe und es wurde über zusätzliche Bilder sichergestellt, dass alles meinen Wünschen entspricht - ohne weitere Gebühren zu zahlen.

Kann Pandabuy jedem empfehlen, der von diversen chinesischen Seiten bestellen möchte!
