Great quality windows. Great service. Any small issues sorted without any fuss.

We are delighted with both the service and the product that we have received from Panoramic. We were on a very tight schedule to have work carried out and completed in time for a family event. Panoramic reacted very quickly and their staff were brilliant, finishing the installation to a very high standard and just in time for the event.

Really terrible and stressful experience. Please think carefully before using Panoramic. We feel incredibly let down by the company. Very poor communication and service after signing up and throughout the build. We have had to chase almost all aspects of the build between November and August for a build that should have taken 5-6 weeks. There were numerous mistakes resulting in the need to knock down and rebuild sections three times and a floor that was not fit-for-purpose and needed to be replaced. Ill-fitting frame and glass that needed to be replaced. Quality of the finish is poor. It was stressful and a delayed build, fully compromised by poor communication and service. We believe that the build lacked the necessary care and skill. We have no grounds for recommending Panoramic.

Our experience with Panoramic has been one of dealing with a professional and customer focused staff and company. We are very pleased with the product which looks good and operates well. Their team of installers was excellent in every respect.

The replacement of our windows was challenging due to us living in a conservation area and requiring planning permission. Panoramic were very helpful in obtaining testimonials for the use of the Evolution product in conservation areas which supported our eventual successful planning application. Whist we are very pleased with the Evolution product we have been less than impressed with the standard of fitting.

Firstly, two of our windows were damaged in either transportation or fitting. The damage was not in the structure of the windows but scratches to the surface. The only option offered to us was a repair, firstly by Panoramic who touched up the damaged area with touch up paint, which was very poor, and secondly by Evolution. Whilst the Evolution repair was much better we still weren't entirely happy having to accept a repair to what is a premium product. As a result we suggested a reduction to our final bill to which we never received a response from Panoramic. We therefore deducted the amount suggested when we settled our account requesting confirmation that they accepted this. Again we have never received a response.

A month or so after fitting we decorated one of our bedrooms during which we replaced the internal window sill. When we removed the old one we found a 3-4mm gap below the new window through which daylight could be seen. Having called Panoramic back they were prompt in coming out and their repair man was very helpful and thorough. On checking however he found a further two windows upstairs that had not been sealed properly. In addition the downstairs windows where the render had needed to be repaired had also not been sealed. When our windows were fitted we very much got the impression that fitting team were in a hurry to get onto the next job and on reflection the standard of workmanship perhaps reflects this. At no time after either the original fitting or the four repairs visits have Panoramic contacted us to check that we were happy with what they have done. They do however keep chasing me to write a review .

We are very pleased with the Skyroom recently installed by Panoramic. The conservatory and associated builders work has been carried out to a high standard. The work was carried out in line with the quoted programme and we found Panoramic and their building sub contractor attentive and easy to deal with.

I am delighted with every aspect of the work from start to finish. I would recommend Panoramic and use them again.

Panoramic are a local firm that I have used on three occasions for replacement windows and a conservatory. On each occasion the staff have been excellent from sales; through survey and on to installation. I include in this the administrative staff in the office who made settling on fitting dates an easy and quick process. The quality of the product is very high & beautifully finished.

Ten months (yes - ten months) after I put in my order for Crittall windows and doors the final unit arrived. When the windows arrived it was clear that they had made an error drawing up the designs and flatly (and rudely) refused to order a replacement until I had paid in full for another window. The designer's immediate response was to admit his error, but they later closed ranks and denied it. The glass didn't fit the French windows - they admitted their error this time but then completely forgot to order the replacement glass. Communication extremely poor - don't believe them when they say they will call you back, even when they promise. I was told by one of the assistants in the shop that I should contact the boss (Steve Evans) by letter as "emails can be deleted". So, a rude Manager (Mahin Hill), a designer who changed his story (Angus McCubbin) and a boss who does not seem to care about the poor service that I received - he has refused to refund me for the extra window they forced me to buy.
Their reply suggests they supplied everything as stated on the contract that I signed - that just shows that they haven't looked at the contract that I signed. I am astonished at their audacity in suggesting that somehow it's my fault and not theirs. When the error first arose they admitted their mistake, but then quickly changed their story. I checked with Crittall and every other Crittall supplier in the UK (yes, really) and none of them know why Panoramic mis-ordered the window in the way they did. All they had to do was supply the correct window without an extra charge and everything would have been fine, but they flatly refused and tried to blame me - that Mrs Hill can be extremely rude to customers.

We got a lot of quotes when we arranging to get a new front door and I have to admit that whilst Panoramic weren't the cheapest they were so nice to deal with, the door looks great and I'm glad we went with them.
Colin was in touch and had a chat about what we wanted (he's a really nice guy). There was no hard sell and the online solidor thingy was really useful to figure out what we wanted.
The fitting was great. The chap turned up when he said he would, left no mess behind and it looks great.
They were just all round really lovely to deal with. No drama, totally honest and really good quality work.

Poor communication and production difficulties contributed to substantial delays; the quality of the end product was excellent, but installation slipped: matching windows were fitted at slightly different heights.

They could not have done a better job. Eleven Windows took just two days, and the windows are superb. Our house is the best looking one in the row at last!

We have had Panoramic to supply and install upvc windows and external doors to replace all the original timber ones to the whole of our bungalow. From the outset the experience was first class with friendly yet professional relationships and all time targets met. The installation was quite painless and mess free with minimal interference to the existing plasterwork and decorations. We are extremely pleased with the end result and my daughter was impressed enough to use Panoramic to replace most of the windows and external doors in her own property.

Panoramic Windows supplied and installed around 40 'wood alternative' Evolution Flush windows and patio doors at our house. Due to the large number of windows getting the appearance right was critical and the Evolution team were excellent in guiding us towards the right product and colour finished. They were also very good at making sure we considered the various opening options for all the windows and doors - a mammoth task !

The installation itself was very efficient and professional and we are delighted with the windows and the finish. The Evolution Flush windows are excellent and look avery bit as good as quality painted timber windows. Every one who sees them is very impressed and overall the project has greatly improved and uplifted our house.
