The order, when it finally arrived was fine except there was an item missing. Delivery was slow and they don't seem to respond to emails. I like the products but would probably not buy from them again until their communication skills improve - slower delivery is fine as long as the customer is kept up-to-date.

Absolutely abysmal company. Ordered two key chains and nothing arrived. I emailed customer services numerous times and sent messages on all social media platforms. Noone has ever responded to me. Not once. They are the worst. Do not order from here !!!!

I’m honestly very frustrated and disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered the Lego Lando Norris helmet and the Lego Carlos Sainz helmet, but instead, I received a Lego Stormtrooper keychain — something completely unrelated to what I paid for.

I ordered the Oscar F1 bundle, everything arrived including the freebie to Australia in about a week and a half. Very happy!

I wanted to write a review to offer some form of support to this business.

It is clear they are very popular and likely get too many orders /messages to be able to handle as a team of two.

Each item is handmade and takes time.

I ordered two buddies on 17th September and received 2nd October.
I messaged them a few times on email and also on instagram as wanted to find out details and if I could add to the order. I eventually got a reply on instagram after about a week of messaging.

The items are great but communication is poor, if they can improve this then it would calm a lot of buyers fears.

They are clearly honest and supply what you buy.

Have patience and hopefully the communication can improve.

Total lack of response to email to find out where my order is. Waited a week before chasing for it to be shipped, now I look at the various review websites and find it is perfectly normal. Customer service is non existent, best avoided.

One of my items ordered wasn’t sent. Made contact a while ago using different methods but they just don’t get back to you. Great products but really poor customer service. Great if all arrives ok and nothing is broken otherwise you won’t get a response or resolution. Wanted to purchase more items but for that reason will not be doing so. Having read a lot of reviews I’m lucky I got the order in the first place! I wouldn’t take the risk personally!

Ordered 4 of these keyrings and it was stated they would be sent “express delivery”!! Nothing been deliver to me after 10 day. Sent email to query this and haven’t even had the courtesy of a reply. Very poor customer service and I would advise customers to avoid using this company.

Ordered a few items, a gift for my sister and one for myself. After waiting for more than a week for items to be sent out, I read all the negative reviews and thought I would never receive the items.

I have tried to get in touch with the company on three occasions, asking when items will be delivered, but no reply.

However, I received my items after two weeks since I placed my order.

I have never received my order. I have written to them twice via email and once on their Facebook page and NEVER received a response. Dont waste your money. ALWAYS read reviews before deciding to buy from Companys like this.

I ordered some bits on the 2nd of June and not received anything and Ive sent messages ,emails and wrote comments on their post on Facebook, heard nothing from them .People need to stay away from this company

I ordered directly from the website taking advantage of a 30% discount offer. My Lando Paracord Buddy arrived in 2-3 days. Really happy with my purchase. A nicely made little item.

Don't answer emails, wrong colour helmets, and the "mega bundle" is 1 buddy and a badge.
I can write this knowing they won't respond to reviews the same as they don't respond to emails.
Avoid....

I ordered an oscar pack at the end of May, I then saw these reviews and resigned myself that I'd lost the money. However the order was delivered today and the items are fabulous and well made. Really unusual and a must for F1 fans! 😀

I contacted them on Facebook to explain about the many missing items and feared the worst given the latest reviews. They replied that evening and acknowledged they made a mistake due to how Shopify displayed the order. Sent out the missing items the next day, and even included a freebie as an apology.

Order placed weeks ago. Received today and over two thirds of the order is missing.
Given previous reviews, will likely have to make a chargeback claim with the bank.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE

Ordered 4 weeks ago emails and messages sent on social media even left comments on there post to get them to look at emails no response what so ever. Got a dispatched by royal mail email 5 days ago. Emailed saying tracking not working and the items aren't here and guess what no response 48 hours later still. Do not buy

Ordered on 18th May in time for a birthday at the beginning of June. No update and I have emailed 3x. Now going to ask the credit card company to refund me. Not happy at all. Avoid.
