Don't order from this website. It's a scam. Order placed and nothing received. They don't reply to messages and have removed my comments on their Facebook page.

Faites juste gaffe aux droits de douane qui alourdissent la facture ! Sinon c’est mignon

I placed an order on 31st July and still no sign of it. They do not reply to my DM’s or emails. Very disappointed as my previous order arrived without issues. Won’t be using this company again

I placed an order in July 24 and paid for including postage and never received the order and they won't reply to any emails,
Disgraceful how a company can get away with this,
Take the money and don't care after that 😡😡

I found this trustpilot page after I placed my order recently and started to really worry! I needn't have bothered worrying at all, the three NFL team keyrings I bought (the two men in my life and I all support different teams) arrived in about 2 weeks from ordering and they are fabulous! The face guard on the helmets even move up and down so you can see the lego minifig faces inside and they are all different- such a classy thing to do!
I did have to jump on their DM's and ask what the free gift was since I couldn't figure out what to do with it - turns out it's a cute little wolverine to put on my charger cable - excellent! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of buying, in fact my own mum asked for their link so she can get one too.

Commande effectuée fin juillet, rien ne fait mention de frais de douanes sur leur site ! Je reçois ce jour une invitation à payer 27,09€ pour une commande de 20,41€ pour frais de dédouanement.
Une fois, pas deux ! Et je ne ferai pas leur publicité non plus.

Ordered a keyring from Paracord Buddy, started receiving tracking updates and they stopped a week later. Contacted the company numerous times for an update on delivery and had no responses at all. Very disappointing and poor service, will not be ordering again.

Terrible company

Placed an order on the 18th July and it was ready to be dispatched on the 23rd. Had nothing since and not receiving any responses. They need to be stopped from advertising on social media as it’s obviously a scam.

I placed my order before I read all the reviews and was wishing I hadn’t ordered but I was pleasantly surprised. Order arrived within a few days and was lovely quality.

Received a tracking code which directs me to a site saying it was delivered on 19th July. Checked my doorbell cam and CCTV, no deliveries arrived on this day nevermind at the time stated.
Have been in touch with delivery company who say I need to get the sender to liaise with them and will take no further action until then.
Contacted paracord buddy multiple times but they are ignoring all emails.
Would not buy again.
If I can't get resolved in the next few days I will be opening a case with payment company to see if they can get a better resolution from them.

Myself and my wife find that our experience is exactly the same as everyone else’s who has ordered with this company absolutely disgusting behaviour from them not response to emails and no refund or order disgusting

Orderd on the 14th of July, sent an email on the 20th of July with no response, finally on the 30th I got a dispatch email and received on the 1st of August. There was still no response to my emails. Not great but glad to receive product. It's a little smaller than expected but no worries.

Do NOT order off this company if you expect delivery within 5 working days! Everything looks fine on the order tracker until it comes to dispatch, then nothing changes and your order doesn't get sent to you.
Disgusting customer service .....no replies to email or comments made on social media accounts. Best way to contact is through Facebook msgr, they cancelled my order and refunded my account.
Though they did not take my comments seriously and told me my comments on here are hilarious. Very poor service.

Extremely disappointed. Placed an order, it could be delivered because of an Error on their side. Have tried to contact them but haven’t get a reply.

Anyone that has had an issue with this company please contact me .I was able to get my issue resolved eventually and I'll tell you how

Haven’t received any update on my order, tried emailing haven’t had a reply back.

This is a fraudulent site operated out of Ukraine ...nothing will ever be delivered nor will your messages or e-mails be replied to.... the only upside from this whole experience is that the total for the purchase price was around EUR 20
