Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday and had confirmation email. Advised would take 5 working days for order. Still hadn't received an update after the 5 days. Contacted via Facebook Messenger to get automated reply and then no follow up from their customer services.
Sent an email on the Friday as still no response and then had an email following to advise it's being processed by Royal Mail. Just under a week later it finally arrived today, but the customer service, or lack there of is very poor. Could at least reply to messages and emails in a timely manner rather than them being ignored.
Wouldn't be ordering again

Orders don't turn up and they don't reply to emails, messenger or Facebook comments.

I still have not received my order and had no response from any of my request forms! Seems many others have had the same problem! Absolute joke of a company!!

Placed an order on the 19th of March. Order tracking stated ready for dispatched on the 25th. Order finally arrived. Have tried various means to contact for an update to no avail. I would suggest avoiding unless you want your item (like others) to either arrive months after ordering or never arrive.

I ordered a paracord buddy and nano helmet Lando Norris both arrived with a free gift too absolutely love them both look id great especially pleased with the nano helmet

All of my experiences with Paracord buddy have been great - I've got a fair few different characters from their site over the past two years or so for both myself and for my family and friends and there's never been any issues.

Recently ordered a miniature Lando Norris Lego helmet for to replace a helmet in a lego set and it arrived well packaged and in good time too.

I've never had an issue with the quality, the delivery time, the customer service - none of it. It's always been a great experience with these guys, and I'm probably going to end up buying more characters in the future.

Scammers. Money taken and no item received, its been months and I’ve tried to contact them several times.

Surprised to see so many bad review. I had a pleasant experience with them. Ordered 2 keyrings on 18th Jan and arrived on 26th Jan.

Happy with the keyrings and delivery. They even threw in a cable buddy thing for free! I would buy from them again.

My order arrived after 2 months, terrible customer care experience, and what's more, for this cheap stuff I also had to pay €7 in taxes. Not recommended

Zeer leuk concept, eerste keer geen problemen gehad bij het bestellen eind 2020 (ook geen duane-kosten). Nu deze maand opnieuw besteld en helaas voor een bestelling van nog geen 30 euro, meer dan 30 euro duane-kosten moeten betalen.

Bij het lezen van andere reviews, lees ik dan toch dat je voor elke bestelling buiten de UK duane-kosten moet betalen.

Pas dus op bij het bestellen bij deze website! En houd rekening met duane-kosten!

t's just outrageous. Ordered and paid for a gift on 29.11.2023 and haven't heard or seen anything to date. Sent several mails but never got a reply. Then you think you support a small family business, but they are big fraudsters

So sorry, this is the second time I have purchased a key ring and unfortunately really disappointed this time.
It took 18 days to arrive - the wrong product had been despatched, tried to contact to send right product to arrive within 2 days for Xmas (I offered to pay extra). Eventually the reply and apology was received NYE, the right product had been despatched and still waiting on 16/1/2024. Need to change your delivery company. Sorry to be negative

You guys are thieves!! Last year for Christmas presents I ordered and paid for 10 of your Paracord Buddy's, you took my money, confirmed my order, and NEVER sent me anything! I tried emailing several times, and never got help. Thanks for NOTHING!!! Jon Mock

Esperaba mucho más, venden muy bien el producto pero lo que se obtiene no tiene nada que ver. Los acabados son bastante malos para un producto en mi opinión caro teniendo en cuenta los materiales. Además venían en un sobre tal cual, sin packaging de la marca, nada que tú puedas regalar directamente, muy cutre.

La atención al cliente es nula, contacté con ellos porque me cobraron más de 8,77€ en tasas o impuestos de la aduana, para un producto que en el total no llegaba a 14€, pagué mas de un 50% de tasas. No se comenta nada en la web, ni se avisa, envié fotos...y ni si quiera me dieron respuesta...

Producto que prometía mucho, pero que no volveré a comprar al menos a ellos.

I expected much more, they sell the product very well but what you get has nothing to do with it. The finishes are quite bad for a product that is expensive in my opinion considering the materials. Furthermore, they came in an envelope as is, without brand packaging, nothing that you can give directly, very tacky.

The customer service is zero, I contacted them because they charged me more than €8,77 in customs fees or taxes, for a product that did not reach €14 in total, I paid more than 50% in fees. Nothing is commented on the website, nor is it notified, i sent also photos... and they didn't even give me a response...

Product that promised a lot, but I will not buy again, at least from them.

We place the order and we still wainting for reply about the invoice which is needed for customs clearence in the CZ. Terrible service.

Took my money and never sent my keychains. My girlfriend left me since her birthday present didn’t arrive and she didn’t believe that I had ordered it over a month prior. Now I walk alone and sit in a the local bar watching other beautiful couples laugh and share F1 stories.

Purchased as a gift for our teenage son. We chose Max Verstappen for the colours, he loved it and so do his friends. Really well made quirky product.

I have used this company a few times and all my orders have arrived fine. I must agree with a few of the other reviews about the delivery time. Do not pay attention to the shipping dates advised on the site. My orders took quite a few weeks to arrive but I didn't have a problem with that. I haven't tried to contact the company so can't comment on the Customer service at all.
The products are worth the wait and are on a few of my keyrings.
The products are definitely 5 star but the delivery time pulls down the ratings a bit.

Recebi o que encomendei, demorou um pouco mas correu conforme o esperado. Lamentavelmente, como vem de fora da UE, tive que pagar mais uma taxa extra para desalfandegar a encomenda.

I ordered 1 x F1 Parracord in October 2023 and its now January 2024 and still not received it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They have not responded to my emails over the last few months so DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
