absolute Abzocke. Man bezahlt für eine Lizenz, aber das Programm steigt irgendwann aus und man muss neu registrieren. Das geht aber nur 3 Mal (!!!) danach muss eine neue Lizenz gekauft werden.

2026 and you still cant change a contact email address on one of their 4 of 4 licensing server portals. Lost all confidence, looking at open source solutions for NTFS read/write, they might be marginally slower but at least you dont have to worry about trying to log onto a license server to find your account is no longer valid. Well done Paragon yet another dinosaur company.

1.- compre Sw recuperación de datos de disco duro
2.- no conseguí activar ni registrar el programa, sin embargo tengo cargos mensuales en la visa
3.- dept de soporte tardo 6 meses en contestar y no resolvió el problema de la activación
4.- llevo 2 meses enviando mails a dept soporte para desvincularme del Sw y lo más importante parar los cargos recurrentes a la visa, sin respuesta ni solución hasta el momento

I have just wasted an hour of my time trying to download this hot mess of software. I clicked on setup to try and install, and then it came to an 'End User License Agreement' with 'accept' greyed out. There is a link under it to some actual End User Agreements, but again no way to accept them. After going round in endless loops, I gave up and uninstalled it. Never again.

software werkt alleen als je een account aan maakt. Heb ik gedaan, herkent hij de serial code niet die ik heb aangekocht. Klantenservice geeft geen gehoor... € 30,- lichter

Useless garbage! The product is impossible to be installed on a brand new mac mini m4. The setup stuck on an instruction page and using the app is impossible. DON'T WASTE MONEY, FOR THIS THRASH!

Cette entreprise est a eviter, je suis entrain de vivre une totale arnaque avec eux j'ai acheté un logiciel qui devait faire monts et merveilles, j'ai payé 78 euros mais en retour, je n'ai que la version d'essai. le contact avec eux est impossible. j'ai demandé un remboursement, mais jamais de réponse en retour. et l'utilisation de leur logiciel a provoque la panne complete de mon ordi. je viens enfin d'etre remboursé

Für den Umstieg auf Linux habe ich das Linux File System for Windows erworben. Das Tool lief eine zeitlang problemlos. Irgendwann ging es nicht mehr. Der Support war wirr und langsam. ich habe das Toll dann deinstalliert und vergessen. Heute habe ich das Tool neu installiert. Aktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Auf der Support Seite finde ich verschiedene Lizenzen für mein Programm. Das Deaktivieren einer Lizenz kann man nur 3 mal durchführen? Was ist das für ein Bullsh..? Ich kann das Ganze nicht empfehlen.

Achtung ⚠️ habe eine kreditanfrage bei Credimaxx gestellt. Bekommen habe ich durch unübersichtliche Anträge , eine Versicherung bei Parigon die ich nicht wollte. Die erste Mail ist im Junk Ordner gelandet, also absolut nichts mitbekommen. Heute schaute ich mir meine Abbuchungen an und stellte fest das Parigon 34,95€ abbuchen möchte. Ich nahm Kontakt auf und musste mit erschrecken feststellen das ich nun 3 Jahre eine Versicherung zahlen soll die ich nicht brauche und nicht wollte. Meine Anfrage auf Widerruf und außerordentlicher Kündigung wurde sofort abgelehnt. Ich habe nun meinen Anwalt eingeschaltet der sich der Sache annimmt.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con Paragon Software è stata molto deludente. Ho sottoscritto un abbonamento, ma non ho mai ricevuto conferma della disdetta, né durante il periodo di prova né successivamente. Ho provato a contattare più volte il servizio clienti, senza ottenere alcuna risposta.

Inoltre, dal mio profilo non risulta alcuna licenza attiva, ma i pagamenti continuano a essere scalati mensilmente dal mio conto. Non esistono strumenti chiari sul sito per interrompere l’abbonamento, rendendo la gestione del servizio estremamente frustrante.

Sconsiglio questo servizio fino a quando non miglioreranno l’assistenza clienti e la chiarezza nella gestione degli abbonamenti.

I bought a product from them "Linux Fs for win ".
I never used it .
When I decided to install and activate it, the activation failed.
I sent them 3 requests , they did not even answer.
I you need it for personal use their product is bad not
To be taken in consideration , but is you need their products for business forget them. Totally unreliable !

It's 6 days since reporting that my Win 10 PC can't write to an EXT3 drive with their Linux on Windows app.

Nothing received, not even an acknowledgement.

The ability to write to EXT3 is important to me but clearly not at all important to Paragon.

They gaslighted me with the excuse that there are now 3 different license systems and that I would need to "upgrade" with a 30% off coupon mentioning some "upgrade policies" that never existed when I bought it.

The new software portal is a complete trainwreck (although the old one was awful too -- but at least I got used to it). They are asking all paid software clients to self-migrate their licenses to this new convoluted portal that is not only slow, but often errors during registration. It's baffling that a company known for great software has seemingly gone to great lengths to destroy their own reputation. It is literally (not virtually) but literally impossible to get anyone on the phone anymore, the automated system never reaches a human, at any hour, 24/7. I can only assume the company is all but shut down.

Wasted an hour trying to install it, all for nothing.

I had a paid license with Paragon, that was not working anymore on my newer machine. Opened a ticket, it took like a month for them to reply after silence (I was just going to install Tuxera, in fact), but at the end I have to say that they solved the issue, I could install and activate via their weird platform.
Ok because they solved, but customer service cannot take ages. To be improved.

I bought Paragon NTFS for Mac 15 which does not work on my new Apple Silicon MacBook. I tried upgrading to version 17 but activation failed. I contacted support with full details and have received no reply. Very poor customer service for paid software. Not recommended
