Zudem hat Parajumpers noch Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 61 Euro verlangt obwohl Mantel bereits gereinigt war. Niemals wÌrde ich bei dieser Firma wieder kaufen. Bitte Finger davon lassen.

Trui besteld voor zoon die jarig was. Ik dacht voor 7 euro een mooie cadeau verpakking te geven. Dat was een extra service. De trui kwam binnen in een plastic zoals t hoort met alleen een wit vouw papier eromheen en twee oranje kaartjes in een gewone bruine doos. Dus niks geen mooie cadeau verpakking. Contact gehad met Sam, Gloria en nog iemand omdat ik daar geen 7 euro voor wil betalen en dat terug wil krijgen maar na twee mailtjes reageren ze allemaal niet meer! Meer dan slechte service voor een bedrijf als dit!!

Purchased a jacket for my niece 350.00 parcel was recieved with item being far too small.
Their returns process isnât user friendly you need a RAN number then I wasnât issued a return label! Emailed them, 3 days later they email back a return label, drive 3 miles to nearest Fed Ex depot they wouldnât take the parcel as it wouldnât accept there return label, emailed them again, they are now just ignoring my emails so I will speak to the bank to see if they will complete a charge back I have proof I wanted to return the item!
They are unhelpful and stipulate no refunds if goes over 15 days but it takes them days to get back to you, 5 days left and still stuck with a parcel!
Hate companies like this, avoid!

4 weken gewacht op een t shirt. Was een cadeautje daarom meerdere malen contact gehad met de klantenservice. Zij bleven zeggen dat er een storing was en dat hij nog niet verzonden was. Ik raad aan hier niet te bestellen

I canât stress enough how BAD this âcustomer serviceâ was. The delivery timescales are completely inaccurate and FALSE !! I placed an order for a jacket for my husbands birthday (2 weeks before), shipping stated 4 days to UK.
After 10 days of calling them and emailing them without any response (only that they had raised a case), I have just received an email from FedEx stating that the shipment has only been received by them today (2 weeks after the order date) and that I can expect to receive it next Wednesday - another 7 days !!!!
Iâm livid !! Wonât ever order again. The time spent chasing this and the stress has been completely unnecessary. All caused by false and misleading information !!!
The absolute worst customer serviceâŠ
The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. THE WORST! I returned two coats using the labels they provided. They refunded only one coat. Then it took six weeks of back and forth emails (31 emails total) before they would refund the second coat, which was worth $878.
They repeatedly sent me screenshots of the first refund saying everything was refunded. And no matter how many times I repeated the explanation of there being TWO coats, it just went around in circles over and over.
Then miraculously, on the evening after my bank confirmed that they'd support my credit card dispute and refund me the money, suddenly Parajumpers agreed to refund me for the second coat. So it took them from March 20th, when they received the coat, until May 11th to refund me.
And to add insult to injury, they deducted a return fee. At the bare minimum, that fee should have been waived given their appalling handling of the return. Avoid at all costs!

Inaccurate size guide so had to send the item back as to big and I got charged £15 even though I ordered the correct size according to the size guide.
Having read the reviews on here wish ide have checked before I parted with my money. Funny thing is if they had of not charged me this ide of bought the size down so because of that they loose out on £500.

I ordered a parka on November 11th. arrived the wrong model and wrong size, so I send it back and they received on November 29th.
Since then the only updates I received were "Sorry for your inconvenience" and "it will be done in a few days" which I had to ask from them via email. The whole communication with CS was the worst I have ever experienced with premium brands, even by mail, bu phone, I'm totally frustated.
Until today 14th January I didn't received the reimbursement.

Ordered parka during the Black Friday event (free express shipping). Parka was delivered 3 weeks later (instead of 2 days of expected time).
