After reading the review here and another website that even stated: "We checked parallelminer.com and we are unsure if the website is legit. The review of parallelminer.com is somewhat low according to our computer algorithm.", I was sure if I should buy from them. However, I decided to give it a try since it cost only $25.

The item was prompt packaged and sent out to me! I could not wait to test it out and found it did not work. I immediately wrote them a DOA and requested a replacement or refund. They responded just few hours later saying sorry and a new item had been shipped! I don't think anyone can find a better customer service than that!

It turns out that the item was not defect but because I did not use power to boot it up!

Used their stuff for years with minimal issues now. I tend to make a purchase twice a year as I take on new projects. Any time I had a problem I reached out and their staff were amazing. I got a one-time courtesy replacement for a board that was 6 months old because my boards normally last over a year. I'm tough on my gear but I still know how to use it to maximize its life instead of just abusing it.

Their cord and PSU caught on fire and almost burned my house down less than a year after purchase, and all they said was sorry your not under warranty have a nice day. This company is absolutly trash. They dont stand by their products and if they almost burn your house down they laugh. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have a brother who said I should take them to small claims court for damages. I will find a better way of revenge.

I've bought their items multiple times. It has failed every time in less than a year. They will refuse to give you a refund or replacement unless it fails in 30 days. Many people have reported their items breaking and becoming useless after only a couple months, but they don't seem to care. This has been going on for years and they haven't fixed the issue. Stay clear from this company; they don't care about their customers
