Today I spoke with Jacob, who assisted me with three concerns I had regarding my portal and employment.
Jacob was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to understand each of my concerns and was very proactive in resolving my questions in a timely and efficient manner.
His helpful attitude and excellent work ethic made the whole experience straightforward and positive. Jacob is a real asset to his department, and I wanted to leave this review to show my appreciation for the high level of service and support he provided.

Great customer service from the Prabhjot Kaur, prompt responses in relation to maternity pay. Provided all the information I needed :)

Staffs were very helpful and supported me with all my questions.

I have found Parasol to be a good choice as an umbrella company. They are very nice and helpful with regard to any queries you have and respond quickly with updates. I've had a lot of dealings with Jacob in particular recently and he's been great/really on it. I'd definitely recommend using them, so you don't have to worry about doing your own tax and following up on invoices.

Parasol are a very reliabl company, processing pay on time and generally answering queries quickly. James was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting with ny move abroad, and the evidence I needed for my Visa application. Would strongly suggest using them as your umbrella if given the choice.

I found the team to be very helpful and responsive. Great experience. Jacob from the onboarding team was very resourceful and took time to understand my issue and resolved it in no time.

I had a great customer experience with Parasol this morning. I needed to answer a number of questions from Pension References to a payment and my on-boarding. Eva was awsome! She answered all my questions and to time to explain complex things in a simple way that explained it perfectly. I found her; knowledgeable, Could acces my details easily, Had all the answer's, Patient in explaining, and a friendly poisitive manner. I left the call feeling positive about Parasol. Awsome Eva!

It has a been a great experience working with Parasol. They have the best way of handling your pensions where you can use the NI Relief you get contributing towards your pension is directed to your pension rather then being added to your PAYE unlike other umbrella companies that I spoke to. I would also like to thank the amazing team at Parasol especially Lorraine from the pensions team who has been very helpful and patient in answering my queries and helping me setup.
