Abi was really helpful and supportive when guiding me through the Portal when I registered with Parasol. She was very patient and didn’t rush me in the slightest. So had a really good experience, with many more to come!!!

Worst Umbrella - AVOID
Worst umbrella company. Payslips do not make any sense at all. Worst customer service. Continuous catalogue of errors with margins and payslips. Avoid Avoid Avoid. There are better umbrella companies that show clear payslips. This company has the worst director too that does not care about their clients.

no timesheet available first week Issue with ID that initial person i spoke to I found dismissive although I had encounter similar issues previously. Eventual someone listened upstanding issue and solved it within 15 minutes
