Very bad service
Very bad service. Our parcel hasn’t been collected for over a week. We contacted support through chat four times already, and each time the collection date was postponed — now up to 10 days.
They keep blaming the courier from GLS, even though we purchased the service directly from them, not GLS.
We are also still waiting for our refund. This is extremely frustrating.
I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone, especially businesses that have customers waiting for their parcels.

Most likely a scam site. Paid for a parcel to be collected and shipped. Parcel was not collected, and there's no way to get an answer through the website support. I can't even cancel and request a refund. I've submitted a charge back request with my debit card.

It is a scammers and they stole money and my information today.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I paid for guaranteed next day delivery, and additional insurance. The ticket was created, and no updates. The item was due to be collected on Friday, and on Monday I contacted to be told if it doesn't happen, they don't automatically re-book. So not only was I not made aware, but they were not willing to resolve it. I was told I could re-book for the Tuesday (which was after the event) or request a call-back for 24hrs time (also after the event) absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waited over 2 weeks before they claimed my parcel was lost - Highly suspicious as the tracking was never updated and zero contact from them during this process. Raising a complaint with trading standards authority in UK.
Waited five days for collection…
Waited five days for collection ...contacted company by 'chat' and was assured twice that they were following up. Finally told that I should read the terms and conditions as it states service / collection not guaranteed. I have had no success getting a refund because their site is down for refunds.
Also told they had no way of following up with Fastway for updates! What kind of company admits these things. Payment came out of my account the next day...that was the quickest thing about their service.

Impossible to contact anyone there today, the only option seems to be their online chat but all the agents were unavailable for hours. I finally made it through to Lindsey who, after a series of mistakes and processing an incorrect refund amount, just abandoned me mid-sentence saying her shift had ended. Can't imagine worse customer service TBH.

After failing to collect a parcel the first time, I reorganised with the company for a second pickup—only for them to fail again. This made me look unprofessional in front of the recipient, who was relying on the collection. When I contacted customer service, they claimed a 97% success rate, but based on my experience, I’d be surprised if it were even 3%. Completely unreliable.

Left 1 week without parcel collection. Spoke to a robot on their call centre x 4 times....complete waste of time and brain cells. Rescheduled collection 4 times waited in my house 4 different days no collection. And then when you request a refund they make you wait to see if you qualify for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

No way to contact them. Paid €57 for import charge only for parcel to be returned due to UPS not receiving payment that I paid to Parcel2Go. Will be contacting CCPC for their gross negligence.

This is the worst interaction I've ever had with a Company. 1st - trouble printing label 2nd window for collection 9am > 5.30 pm so no shower & quick pees all day. To crown it all they never came. 😡 No way to contact them by phone & no reply to message sent via website. DON'T do business with this lot. €10.99 wasted. 😠😡

Absolutely disgusted with service or better say no service, nobody came to collect parcel for 3 days even though I was rebooking collection every evening for next day. Please don't use this company as they don't provide any service. Waiting for my refund now, let's see if I really are going to get it. Worst parcel company ever.

Never came to collect my parcel. After checking the reviews here, it looks like a total spam. I am going to report the company to the Ombudsman and have them shut down. Absolutely insane!!!!
If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would
This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The level of incompetence and lack of communication is beyond belief. Despite providing all the necessary details multiple times, I’ve been met with generic, irrelevant responses that completely ignore my concerns.
I paid extra for tracking and delivery guarantees, yet the tracking system is faulty, and their customer service is nonexistent. Weeks of back-and-forth emails and chats have resulted in no resolution—just wasted time and frustration.
Parcel2Go seems to rely on exhausting customers into giving up their claims. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and deeply regret trusting them twice. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Never collected my parcel, customer service is Stone Age. Not helpful at all. Never using again.
SCAMMED A CANCER PATIENT!
Ref - P2G125519017/3431274 - Paid for a parcel with insurance of £300 (item was sold for £309) the parcel was delivered but was damaged in transit. It was that badly damaged that there was large holes in the product! Even though 'FRAGILE' tape was used when packaging it up and very clear all over the box!
The item then became unusable and unsafe! Parcels2go demanded everything from proof of the value, the transaction, price paid, the refund, a video of the product, invoices of the repair cost etc etc etc. The repair cost alone was well over £125! Their customer care is appalling and their 'claims team' useless. They make you run around in circles constantly asking for more information - even when you have given it to them already. They ask you to 'negotiate' with them via email - all of which are ignored... We PAID for this item to be insured and after waiting nearly 2 months for a resolution (after refunding the customer £309) they offered us £57 plus the cost of postage!!! After paying £20+ for the item to be insured! Currently battling Bowel and Liver cancer, I begrudgingly accepted as I am now going through a 3rd operation (right now I am in Wigan hospital!) and could not be bothered dealing with them any further. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE SCAMMERS - GO DIRECT TO THE COURIER! We have now found it easier to just deal direct and cut the rubbish that is 'parcel2go' out! Should really give 0 stars - do not use these people!
Took my money gave me a collection…
Took my money gave me a collection date. Had my parcel ready to go and said I would check if they would narrow the time down a little from 9-5.30pm. When I went to the online chat I was told my collection had to be cancelled as there was no driver to collect it and my refund would be 5-7 days. What an absolute joke! They should not have allowed me to process this order and take my money. DONT USE THEM !!
