been to store in Castleford, and spoke with Keith.
I found him helpful and omformative about the mobility scooters on sail, and so pleased with hus help I bought one there and then.
it's easy to dismantle and fits in the boot of the car so it ticks all the boxes.
would recommend to anyone looking for a mobility scooter

Keith at the castleford store was realy help full and helped change the hight to make sure every thing was right for my gran.

Julie was fantastic. Gave us relevant information. Demonstration was unhurried and open to questions. Will come again.

I'm only in my 40's and I sprained my ankle and needed to rent a mobility scooter for a few days. I was going on a seaside trip with my family & didn't want to cancel it. I phoned Parkgate Mobility in Wakefield and spoke to Adrian to see if this was possible, and he said it wasn't a problem! Legend! I rented a scooter short-term for a very reasonable price and it saved the holiday! I couldn't have gone without it, as my ankle was very swollen. Adrian was very friendly and understanding and I had a wonderful experience despite my injured ankle! Thanks again, I recommend Parkgate Wakefield to family and friends. I was sad when it was time to give the scooter back!

Brilliant help from Adrian in the Wakefield store when I needed to hire a wheelchair at very short notice. He was so helpful, both when I enquired on the phone and when I went to collect. Also, what a fantastic shop with a great range of products. I honestly thought I had an unsolvable problem and can’t thank him enough. Also the hire service is fantastic value.

We asked for advice on a problem with a rollator bought from you about 4 years ago. Nick Troke at your Batley shop asked us to leave it with him and he would be in touch. Only half an hour later he rang to say he had fixed the problem and there was no charge. That is superb customer service from a very nice gentleman. I recommend Parkgate to everyone. Well done Nick.

We regularly hire a mobility scooter from Parkgate Mobility. Sam at the Hillsborough store is wonderful! She always has our scooter charged and ready to go when we arrive and if we have any queries or concerns she is always willing and able to help. It’s lovely to have such good service with a smile.

On time, and with 20 minutes notice of arrival, which is always a good start.
Kev took the scooter and about 30 minutes later all was finished. Had a chat about the results of the service and some advice about the chargers and all was done.
Very satisfied, as we always have been in the past.

Had my mobility scooter serviced today by an amazing guy called Philip he was very pleasant and polite and nothing to much trouble he also explained all what he had done and checked deffinatly would recommend this guy and hopefully if I need them again I get the same guy thanks again Philip

I entered the shop in Ponterfract with a heavy heart where I met Helen, a lady so warm and gentle to help me with all possible information, I don't know enough English she explained everything to me in detail... Helen had an unimaginable patience with me, talking for about an hour... Very well trained and finding a solution for anything. If you want to convince yourself go to Ponterfract you will not regret it. Thank you Helen... you made me feel like a normal person....,and Keith, Castleford, helped me with order completion, I feel like a normal person on two legs.Thank you in advance for the help given, and congratulations to the company for such sincere personnel who deserve a bonus....

The door to door service is above and beyond. Very quick in dealing with any problems. After our service on the motability scooter we needed new batteries, rather than leave us in the lurch, Wayne sorted some temporary ones and returned a week later with brand new ones. A very professional and friendly service, quick to respond to queries. I would highly recommend this company.
