My wife and I have been using Parking 4Cruises for well over 15years and have just used them again for our cruise to the Mediterranean. We received first class service once again and the attendant kindly lifted the large cases out of the car for us when we arrived and loaded them back in when we returned. Looking forward to our next cruise so we will be using this excellent company yet again.

Great job. Someone was there to receive the car when we left and we got a reminder text to let them know we were 30min away. Slight difficulty locating them but called the number and he explained. They were there when we got back without needing to contact anyone. Car in good shape. Southampton.

After recently having to cancel my parking I received my refund with 1-2 weeks. Much appreciated and thanks to Lucy for arranging.

Initially changed my car so asked them to update the registration details. They responded with a booking for the same vehicle so emailed again to ask them to update and didn't receive a response.

Having seen some of the other issues reported here and on cruise forums, I lost confidence so requested the free cancellation offered when buying the standard service (which included the vehicle wash down which is no longer offered).

After two weeks and two emails, no acknowledgement of my emails has been received let alone the requested refund.

Following the reviews being posted, P4C contacted me quickly to say that they had not seen my emails.

They quickly processed the refund requested as I had made alternative arrangements.

While it seems they may have some issues with their email, they did move quickly to resolve this so on that basis I am happy to change from my initial 1 star review.

Having used this company many times previously without incident, I was very disappointed to have experienced multiple issues on the last two ocassions;

1) I paid for a wash down service. It was not provided and apparently hasn’t been since 2024, yet they still charge for it. I was told that a part refund would be issued (for both bookings) but it never was.

2) The driver taking the car to the compound drove the car at 60mph, well in excess of any speed limit on that route.

3) As several other people have reported, they never respond to complaints or emails.

I have come to the reluctant conclusion that this is an incompetent company that is incapable of resolving complaints or queries when things go wrong, so I will not be entrusting them with my car in future.

We used Parking4Cruises while going on a cruise from Southampton. During the time our car was in their care, visible damage was caused to the front of the vehicle. This was immediately reported and documented by a staff member at the port upon our return, who assured us that “someone would be in touch straight away.”

Since then, months have passed with no meaningful response. Despite multiple emails, a submitted repair estimate, and even a voicemail, we have received no resolution. After an initial brief reply asking for the estimate in English, all further communication has been ignored.

What’s most disappointing is that the company has taken no responsibility for the damage, even though it clearly occurred while the car was in their possession. We expected a professional and customer-focused approach to a clearly documented issue, but instead we have been left completely in the dark.

This has cast a dark shadow over what should have been a wonderful memory from our honeymoon and has cost us time, effort, and frustration.

Very slick operation.
Dropped of at short stay car park at terminal which is clearly marked with flags. Photos taken, keys handed over.
On disembarkment at 8am. Had a text to say car ready in short stay car park. Keys returned then on our way.
So so easy and good price compared to some other companies.

Firstly, there was not any indication of where the car park was after disembarkation.
After walking to the wrong carpark we were redirected to the correct one.
The employee at the park just sat in his van with engine continually running all the time [Not environmentally good]. Upon opening the side passenger door, items in the back fell onto the floor outside, things were scattered about. Inside the front there were many of our personal things in a complete mess, thrown all over the place. The dash board had things all across it.
It seems as if the car had been driven recklessly and at speed, throwing things around inside, the car looked like it was driven very fast.
Poor after sales service!!!
No response from many emails and telephone calls.

The parking procedure operated like clockwork and exactly as described so I have no problem with how it all worked on that front. The review loses a star because the website offers a valet service, which was a plus and something to look forward to when we got back. It was disappointing therefore to receive my non-valeted car back and be told that they no longer provide this service. It is therefore misleading at best and false advertising at worst to accept payment that includes this service, even though I got a refund without much trouble. So yes, recommended for parking but don't be swayed by the offer of the valeting service.

Have used Parking4Cruises several times, most recently in February 2025, and found them to be very friendly & professional.
They take photos of the car before it is taken to their nearby parking facility & also note down the mileage.
You are requested to inspect the car on return before it’s handed back to make sure you’re happy there is no damage.
Communication can be a little slow at times but get there in the end.
Very competitive pricing. Will definitely be using again.

We have used parking4cruises for many many years with no issues but our last experience with them was abysmal
We had literally had a brand new car and left it with them on 3rd November. When we collected the car on the 17th all seemed well but on returning straight home my husband decided to wash the car and that is when 2 small dents below the handle on the driver's door were noticed
We contacted them immediately and sent photos.
We realise we should have spotted them at pick up but they were difficult to notice unless the light is shining in a certain way
I have sent over 17 emails to their so called customer service finally asking for a formal complaint to be escalated to a senior manager but not only are all requests ignored they do not bother to contact you
As time has gone by I find the lack of interest from this company the worst part and obviously there is no goodwill or support on their part
BEWARE - IF THINGS GO WRONG YOU WILL BE IGNORED

I have used this company regularly and it has always been a very good experience. Arriving for our cruise on the 28th of November was the usual hassle free service, no issues whatsoever. However, returning from a cruise on the 14th of December was a different story. The ship docked at a different terminal. On leaving the arrivals area there were no signs or people from the company to be seen anywhere.
I tried calling the number provided but received no reply. Luckily for us a gentleman from CPS Parking told us where we needed to go to. We had to walk a considerable distance in the cold to reach the car park where they were waiting. Luckily the CPS gentleman had pointed us in the right direction, without his help we wouldn’t have had a clue where to go, as Parking4cruises was right at the end of the car park. Hence I’ve left 3 stars for the total lack of information.

We have used to Parking four cruises for many years.
We have never been let down or had any problems.
Very easy to book online and a professional check in service. Very easy to pick the car up again. The price is very competitive. Would definitely recommend with complete peace of mind.

First the good easy to drop off and collect car no drama how ever paid for the extras car spray over and help with luggage neither of which materialised emailed not had any response

Booked directly with Parking4Cruises after finding them through HolidayExtras. The booking process was easy and nearer the time we were sent a pass to print at home and display in our windscreen alongside directions/meeting instructions.

On the day of departure, we were sent a text asking us to let the staff know when we were around 30 minutes away. The member of staff that met with us was friendly and helpful, explaining the process which was reassuring as first time cruisers.

When we arrived back in Southampton our car was returned to the car park before we had disembarked. We were greeted by another friendly member of staff who promptly returned our keys and sent us on our way.

booking with skypark secure cancelled two weeks before my cruise. No offer of alternative or compensation . Despite the fact i booked over 6 months in advance and the prices to find an alternative had more than doubled since my original booking.

Booked (via SkyParkSecure) parking months in advance of our cruise from Southampton. 6 weeks before departure Parking4Cruises cancels the booking due to operational changes by Southampton port with the short stay parking drop off area. No offer of help finding a new parking option, no compensation, just an apology and refund. Quite why my booking was chosen over others could not be explained by SkyParkSecure but I suspect Parking4Cruises cancelled bookings through 3rd parties first as those are the least money to lose and they don’t have to deal with the unhappy customers.

I booked the option which gave free cancellation and full refund after a fair amount of research and reading all positive reviews
However my usual and preferred car park were able to offer me a space having been on their reserve list
I have spent a week trying to contact parking4cruises to cancel and obtain my refund - I am getting no response from email or phone
Tried to leave review on their site but it seems reviews get vetted - explains why there are so many positive reviews
I would recommend avoiding this company
