Park Inn by Radisson レビュー 

Allowed to check in early which was very helpful and appreciated but after that it all went downhill. Arrived after a long journey to the room key not working had to go back down to get reactivated, got in the room desperate for a cup of tea the kettle was broken, phoned reception said they would send one straight up, waited 45 mins nothing had come phoned again promised one would be up nothing ever came which is ridiculous. Had two peoiple in the room and had towels for one person, little point complaining or asking for more as they flat out ignore you. Kept awake by a constant beeping noise all night somewhere in the hall i think it was. Shower head was broken and kept spinning when the shower is switched on so had to hold the shower with one hand to shower which is more awkward than it sounds. And a breakfast the filthy sticky floor was covered in spilt alchohol from the drinking the night before, would have said on the way out how unhappy i was but nobody bothered to ask when we left, will never be back and for the price the place was an utter disgrace

Non Happy Anniversary - we went onto your website and saw that you had a "Whirlpool King Suite" the pictures looked nice and so we decided to celebrate our anniversary here..... when we checked in there were dead bugs in the tub, particles of something un-definable and parts of the tub were gouged out. the attendant put us in another room that the tub was clean at least but the floor (in your "SUITE") was stained, the faucet was all loose / janky and the switch for the tub was hidden behind the door of the bathroom (not easy to find) the covers to the AC fell off when we oppened it up, there were 2 bathrooms 1 had a razor left in the shower from the previous people the other bathroom had hair on the toilet and a left over shampoo bottle behind the door from the previous people - you can do better and the house keeping staff needs to be retrained - I can't imagine that ANYONE would be happy to pay your normal $189 price for this quality .... the bed was comfy

Egentlig et udemærket hotel, men jeg er ikke sikker på, at jeg vil komme igen.

På trods af at hotellet allerede har trukket pengene for de to dobbeltværelser, jeg havde booket, har de derudover også reserveret et tilsvarende beløb på mit kort. De penge er derved frosset og ikke til rådighed på min konto. Dette har stået på i en uges tid. Jeg har gentagende gange ringet til Park Inn’s økonomiafdeling som fortæller mig, at jeg skal væbne mig med tålmodighed.

Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at dette er “normal procedure”. Hvorfor reservere og gøre patent på nogle penge, når gæsten allerede har betalt?

Just had "Afternoon Tea" at Park Inn York. This had been held over for 18 months due to Covid 19 but, I must say. well worth the wait. We were the first customers for afternoon tea since restrictions were partially lifted. The staff were so helpful, the view over the River Ouse superb and the quality, and quantity, tremendous. Well done and thank you.

This hotel is located well and near amenities in York centre...
Very helpful staff who were so helpful and friendly...
Richard kindly upgraded us to a room with river views which was lovely..

Staff speaks great English, rooms are clean and renovated. Very pleasant experience, would not hesitate to stay again.

The atmosphere is helpful and kind. I forgot a file on health info there and the cleaners saved it and the helpful receptionist “Githa” tracked it down for me and called me when she found it. It meant the world to me. If you need help they are there for you.

Website was slow and not user friendly

Became a radisson member and not given a members discount

Website promised a discount for 3 or more days, again this was not given

Booking was more expensive than booking.com

Customer service at Radisson were unhelpful and defensive. Would not recommend or use this company again.

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Upon checking in the agent charged us the incorrect amount. Instead of facing the fact that she made a mistake she processed an unauthorized payment blocking my card!!! When I went down the reception about this they said they couldn't do anything. They advised the payment didn't go through and made me make the payment again... Then I come home from my trip to find out the payment did come out and I was over charged!!!
It's now been a week since I stayed there and still saying they are investigating the issue even though they have sent a receipt which clearly shows an over payment!
Would not recommend this chain of hotels to anyone, stay away!!!

Ganske udmærket overnatningshotel. Savnede et skab og nogle skuffer på værelset. Ikke egnet til en hel uges ferie.

I have just stayed at the Park Inn Raddison Forshore in Cape Town. When I arrived I was tired and needed sleep so the gentleman on the front Desk his name is Walber really pulled out the stops to assist me with an early check inn. On the last night of my stay my shirt went missing. The staff in particular a gentleman by the name of Lawrence was extremely helpful and managed to find my T Shirt. The Front Office manager by the name of Thaitum managed to make it up to me with the inconvenience caused obviously this was a mistake and they do happen. Thanks to the 3 of you for your exceptional service and I will be staying at the hotel again. Just goes to show that staff do make a difference and these three individuals have been fantastic I cant thank them enough. Once again thanks so much the 3 of you have been awesome when it comes to looking after me as a customer.

Hotel is great staff are excellent but building maintenance is questionable. Stayed for over 60 nights and about 12 nights at best had working AC. other times I just froze in my room :/ I tell them about it but I cant keep saying it every week.. not really ideal

Terrible booking process. They have me in tears its so frustrating. I booked a room for me and my three children. They gave me only 1 bed. When I emailed them at info.abudhabi at parkinn.com they refuse to have ever received the email. Now they want to charge us more for a connecting room. They also let you choose your child's age from drop down menu of upto 17. They now are telling me my 15 year old is an adult. Why would your website allow you to choose upto age 17 when you say this is not allowed. Awful awful customer service. They pass you to hotel and and hotel do not help but try to sell you an expensive family room. Devastated.

Very nice room, nice shower and decent breakfast. Stayed here a few times and haven't had any problems.

I have tried to contact the hotel prior to my visit via email, but Radisson, Blu and Edwardian all refuse that this is one of their hotels. Don't get me wrong - the staff that work here are excellent. Housekeeping, the spa, the pool area, everyone was bang on, very respectful and always smiling.
Housekeeping had one slight slip up and I wouldn't have noticed it, but I dropped some coins into my dustbin, and as I put my hand in to get them, I felt something sticky, slimey, slippery. Upon further inspection of what I was touching, it was a used condom from the previous guest. The door on Room 626 stops at the door for several hours before closing shut; I'm one of those people who walks in and doesn't worry too much about the door, but as I slept at 2:00am - I did wake up from my sleep when the door decided to fully shut. There is also no opening window in any of the rooms, which means that if it is a warm-ish day or night, good luck trying to get a good nights sleep.
I made a passing comment about this to one of the staff, who said they would speak to their senior and come back to me, to no joy, unfortunately.
The only unfortunate problem is that it is close to where I work and Manchester Arena is right opposite, which means I have to stay here several times a year.
