The laser nail fungus treatment I received at Park Private Clinic on July 25th with my daughter.
Unfortunately, I have been greatly disappointed by the treatment I received during the procedure and I feel it necessary to bring this matter to your attention.
Rosie performed the treatment, and her behavior towards me throughout the appointment was extremely rude, condescending, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable, humiliated, and upset by the way she communicated with me. Instead of receiving the respectful, compassionate, and professional care that every patient deserves, I experienced the opposite.
My daughter also accompanied me to the appointment and witnessed the entire interaction. She was also deeply disturbed by Rosie's demeaning words and inappropriate behavior towards me. She expressed how shocked and upset she was to witness such treatment, especially since neither of us had ever experienced anything like this in a healthcare facility before. This experience has deeply upset both of us.
During the procedure, I clearly informed Rosie that the laser treatment was causing me significant pain. Despite this, I wasn't even given a short break to recover or catch my breath before continuing the treatment. My pain, discomfort, and well-being as a patient were completely disregarded.
Furthermore, Rosie's attitude and behavior throughout the treatment were so harsh and intimidating that I felt unsafe. She spoke to me in a condescending and demeaning manner, and her behavior was so aggressive that I felt she was on the verge of becoming physically aggressive.
This had a significant psychological impact on me and turned what should have been a routine medical procedure into an extremely upsetting and traumatic experience.
I am also concerned about the quality of the treatment. I understand that laser treatment for toenail fungus is normally expected to take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. However, my treatment was completed in about 10 minutes, which raises serious doubts about whether the procedure was performed according to proper and appropriate clinical standards. Furthermore, I paid £370 for treatment, but Rosie did not provide me with any receipt or proof of payment. I find this unacceptable and believe I have been wronged as a result.
Due to the behavior I experienced, I have completely lost confidence in Rosie and will not accept any future laser treatment from her under any circumstances.
Every client has the right to receive healthcare in a respectful, safe, professional and compassionate environment. Therefore , necessary measures be taken to ensure that no other client is subjected to a similar experience.

From first contacting the clinic to the treatment being carried out everything was perfect. Shawana liased with me via email and was always primpt to reply. She carried out the treatment efficiently. I had an eye skin tag removed which was in a very sensitive area of my eye lid but she removed it within minutes. I would highly recommend her. The whole experience was easy.

Excellent staff and consistent. Had a CT scan and Ultrasound. Dr Dunn was fantastic and so experienced, Also Mr Ben Sherwood in Urology, So much experience, you certainly get what you pay for in life . Excellent nurses and looked after by all the staff . Thank you Julian

After lots of research I travelled from Durham as I had a good feeling about this place i’m so pleased I did! So I had laser on a Venus lake which was on my bottom lip as for pain there was a bit during the procedure but over in seconds after all it is laser but oh my goodness I’m so pleased to say 3 weeks later it’s actually gone after having it for many many years. I could not recommend this place and its staff enough especially the beautiful shawana who made me feel right at ease from the moment I meet her!
The clinic was immaculate the procedure took literally minutes so the 2 1/2 hour drive was well worth the travel. Thank you to all the staff at the practice this is my go to clinic if I want a treatment to work in the future , this is the first cosmetic clinic I’ve been to and had the desired results…. Over the moon.

Appointment was made easily and Shawana was very accommodating getting me same day treatment.
Was fully informed of the process and aftercare.

Referred to Parks Therapy Centre on the 20th April 2025. Eventually got an email on the 3rd June for an appointment on the 7th July at Rickmansworth. Then they only have two booking slots 09.30 and 11.10am. I had already explained that I cannot make these times, but they are not interested. It is a case of take it or go somewhere else. I am appalled at the length of time to try and get an appointment, and then the lack of availability. What a terrible service.

Today I had a pretty big (3/4cm) skin tag removed. The staff especially Caryn were very friendly. The procedure was quick and everything was explained to me. I would highly recommend Caryn for this procedure.

I recently had a Venous Lake lasered off. I'd had the VL on my lip for 10 years. Following 7 blasts of the laser and 3 weeks pain free healing it's gone. I highly recommend Park Private Clinic.

I had an appointment to get my cherry angioma laser treated by Shawana. She talked me through the procedure and explained everything that was going to happen in a very polite and professional way. The whole experience was first class.

Went three weeks ago for Venus lake treatment . Shawana reassured me everything would be ok although I was unsure about going ahead . Three weeks later and they’ve completely gone so a big thank you .

I’ve been going to the Park Private Clinic for laser hair removal for approximately 5 years and it’s the best most effective laser! You can see results instantly! The staff consistently make me feel at ease and are able to answer any question I have. Highly recommend!!

I have been to Park Private Clinic many times in the last ten years for a variety of different reasons,
The reception team are always polite and extremely friendly, the building is beautiful and clean,
Seeing the doctor is like visiting an old friend; he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I can hand on heart entirely recommend them.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service provided, an efficient and well organised team were very reception towards any questions I had. The doctor was both competent, and empathetic towards my situation and was able to get to the root of my problems whilst offering evidence based solutions to help me. I perviously used there aesthetic services and all the staff are both welcoming and professional, I would definitely recommend this to others!

I’ve been to many different clinics to get Botox across 15 years and Dr Rehman has been by far the best Dr I have ever seen. Dr Rehman is a caring, talented, professional. I’ve had Botox from Dr Rehman for a couple of years, and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had. The reception staff are also amazing

I had a skin tag removed here by Shawana. She was brilliant. From the consultation to the procedure, I felt at ease. Shawana informed me of everything I needed to know prior and post removal. Will definitely be returning for other treatments !
