I was not happy with the fibrablast laser pen patch test treatment I received or Customer Service I encountered when I made a complaint. The scabs on my face were significantly larger than they should have been - which made me question a lot about their procedures and standards. I was not given any advice about pre treatment or post treatment do's and don'ts. My skin did not heal properly within the suggested time frame. I also had issues with appointments that they claim to have cancelled . I made a formal complaint which was eventually met by offering me just £100 worth of further treatment at the clinic itself and little by way of explanation or sincere apology for my bad experience. . All in all very unprofessional in my opinion. Insulted at their resolution offer.
I will NOT be returning.

Absolutely loved this place. First time using private. I’ll be coming back here if there’s anything else I need again. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I’m happy with my results thank you so much!

Dr Rehman and the team at the Park clinic Nottingham are fantastic. The time taken to make you feel at ease and the personal touch was amazing. I had never experienced private medical care before this but I can say it has been worth every penny.

I cant speak from a clients point of view but I had an interview at this place. Everything went so well! I got on with everyone and I was asked to come in for a trial shift which I did. I'm assuming things went well as they asked if I would come back for another shift. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called asking for an update and was told the manager would call me back. The manager didn't call me back and I felt like I had wasted my time.

Such a bad experience. I rung to clinic regarding yellow fever vaccination. I wanted to book an appointment however I wanted to know if yellow fever vaccination is not in any conflict with Covid19's jab taken recently . The receptionist couldn't answer for my question and she said that a doctor will call me to confirm it. He/ she didn't call me so I rung again and I received again the same answer that a doctor will call me. Still no any response . They don't care about client , such a shame!.

My mum who is almost 80yrs of age had been experiencing head and neck pain, was extremely confused and disorientated. On Thursday 1st July the NHS GP had a telephone appointment with her and made arrangements for blood tests to be done on 12 July. I wasn't happy with this so the next day, I contacted Park Private Clinic for a face to face appointment for Monday. The Doctor completed the blood tests, and mum was in hospital the following day. Mum and my family are extremely grateful for Dr Rehman's genuine concerns and exremely quick potentially life saving actions.

Worst experience of my life. Had a fat freeze treatment done at the park private clinic back in September and I got 4 burns on my skin after the procedure. Was told that is normal and it happens and not to worry cause they will heal fast. 2 weeks later I went for a consultation was told the same that is oky, 2 weeks later after keeping the wounds clean and dry and used antiseptic cream they still didn't heal, they started looking like infected, there was a yellow liquid coming out of them so I went back to the clinic they told me is fine and that I should not worry as that is definitely not an infection and just to keep the areas clean and dry. I was also given a lecture on how lucky I am that I am white and how scars are not that visible on white skin (that after I told them that in this point I am afraid of having an infection and scars for life) and also about how I have signed a consent for this...but on the consent and on my initial consultation the worst thing that was adviced could happen was to get bruises..no one said anything about burns and was not written on the consent paper either. I was oky with all of that as well in this point I just asked for help as I didn't wanted to have scars , I knew that all the pain I went through could not be taked back or the money I spent and not just on the treatment but after the treatment too and all that stress that I was put through couldn't be taken back...so in this point I just asked for some help to make sure my skin will not be left with scars and I was assured everything will be oky and adviced to keep them clean and dry. I didn't feel confident that this is oky, I was expected to have at least some cream recommended so I booked an appointment with my GP and was told that the wounds are definitely infected and prescribed me antibiotics for a week, both pills and a cream with antibiotic to be applied directly on the wounds. They look horrible even now, the skin there is very dark and has a texture, the doctor said that I will definitely have scars.
I tried emailing the clinic to file an official complaint but no one got back to me. Today I called them and asked them if anyone will get that for me as is been 2 weeks and was told will be called back to discuss this issue and no one called me back.
That is my experience with them...this shouldn't have happened but I trusted them to at least take care of me after this unfortunate thing, but I can see that some only care about clients until they take the money from them and then if something happens they avoid you like is not their fault or nothing happened. Very disappointed!!

I was very happy with the treatment I received at the Private Clinic for my varicose veins. I found the staff to be all very pleasant and helpful. The surgeon Mr. Tahir Hussain who did the procedure was very understanding and answered any questions I had and put me at ease. I am very pleased with the results and actually wore shorts this summer for the first time in years, I feel a lot more confident when I go swimming which is a plus for me. I am very grateful to the Private Clinic and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a few sessions for Laser Hair Removal.
The procedure itself is done well and professionally, if not seemingly a little rushed. But, my results are great so far either way.
In regards to the customer service, out of my 3 visits, 2 of them resulted in me waiting between 10-20 minutes for my appointment. Realistically, i expect to attend my booked appointment no later than 5 minutes.
Overall, i would recommend, but be wary waiting times can be longer than you would expect.

I used this clinic for a HGV medical to renew my licence I was very impressed by the quality of service given to me by DR Rehman I would certainly recommend and use this clinic again. Excellent service.

Been here 3 times now and I always get the results I want DR R is amazing so friendly and makes me feel at ease did try regent street after being unable to get an appointment at park private clinic but didn’t get the results I wanted so I’ll stick with park and would highly recommend them won’t go anywhere else now

I have been using this clinic for sometime now and I have always found it offers a professional friendly service and the results are excellent, Dr Rehman is extremely competent in his work and I would highly recommend

I have been having Botox treatments at the clinic. Dr Rehman is very professional and offers good advice. He’s the doctor you can trust as he will advice and administer just the right amount of the fluid.

The after care is of good quality and the doctor gives out his personal mobile number that you can always call for advice.

I don’t know why anyone would say that they called and they couldn’t be found on the system, every person before every procedure must read and sign a form agreeing to the treatment and later the payment is made. The top up is always honoured and it doesn’t have to be exactly within the 2 week period, they are very accommodating.

The change to one Saturday a month, isn’t the best for me personally as I work full time, so it can be tricky to manage, but I’m happy with the service offered by this clinic.

The best private clinic I've used. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The clinic itself was class and Dr. Rehman was amazing, he took great care of me and was so helpful during and after my appointment. I'd highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Park Private Clinic. They are very professional and friendly staff. The inside is nice and clean, with a lovely waiting room. From booking my appointment right through to receiving treatment the service was excellent!
