I had a really positive experience with Parks Land Rover Jaguar, and in particular with Liam Furay. Avoid Parks, terrible experience in Glasgow
Really poor experience with Parks team at Parks Glasgow Jaguar. All charms when making sales but not interested in any follow up customer service.
Absolutely no interest in trying to help resolve my servicing issue and the girl on the phone was also trying to charge me more, claiming I hadnât paid for a full service when it was part of the plan!
Parks Kia Bathgate - I Don't Think I'd Go Anywhere Else
This is the second time I've bought a new car from Parks Kia in Bathgate.
The first was a Sportage HEV GT-Line S and the sales process could NOT have been easier. If you've suffered the Arnold Clark sales process, this is like night and day. Lee, the sales exec, more or less sat back and let me sell myself after test driving three or four cars. Lee still remembered my name almost two years after purchase, and always said hello when I popped in.
This time, I bought an EV5 GT-Line S after attending the EV event in August. Lee unfortunately left, so this time I dealt with Pedro... Man, that guy is the happiest guy I've ever met - Genuine smile, constantly. Again, no pressure, no hard sale, just sat back and let me sell myself. Said goodbye to my Sportage today, came home with the EV5 - Cannot fault the process.

MISLEADING PRICING
On the 16th Dec. 2025 I requested a MOT on a Jazz which I bought 10 years ago from PARKS, in addition throughout I had services/mot s. An offer on Parks site stated a price of £50 for a MOT with a standard price of £54,50. I discussed this with Alan who stated the price was £54.50 but could not explain the conditions and terms regarding accessing the offer of £50. On request he transferred me to the manager Ross, who also could not explain what the conditions and terms were to obtain this offer. I find this situation totally unacceptable and misleading and request an honest response as to why this malpractice continues to be documented on their site This same issue regarding the£50 offer existed last year and therefore is not an isolated case.

I had my car in for a minor warranty job doing and Charlie was my contact during this short period and I can say without any doubt that Charlie is a credit to Parks renault ayr, Charlie is confident, professional, courteous, polite and a very likeable person
Parks East Kilbride Service Centre
Purchased a used car from the Kia branch at East Kilbride, and have absolutely no complaints about the sales staff there. However, the so-called Service Centre is a different matter altogether.
Some six months after purchase my car broke down - it happens - and had to be recovered to the East Kilbride Service Centre for repair under the 12 month warranty given with the car.
To cut a (very) long story short, the fault (defective turbocharger) was misdiagnosed as something else and the car returned to me still with the untouched defective turbocharger which caused the breakdown. Unsurprisingly, within a few hours the defective turbocharger caused another breakdown and the car had to be recovered for a second time back to the centre.
Now at this point it should be normal to anticipate that any company with the slightest grasp on the concept of customer care would try to give some priority to repairs like this - after all you really shouldn't be giving a defective car back to the customer and should be doing your best to make amends - but sadly that does not seem to apply to Parks, who are treating this one as a completely new job and totally unconnected to the previous one.
Result? I have been without my car for 2 weeks now and heading into a third, with all the inconvenience and difficulties that entails. I have tried complaining â messaged the service centre manager â no reply; messaged the Parks complaint dedicated web address â no reply.
Conclusion? Following due processes appears to be all that matters to this company - in my experience CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY LOW ON THEIR LIST OF PRIORITIES - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Engine management light on - tried booking in car and still waiting on someone to call me back. Never had this experience before. Parks Landrover Glasgow ' Shocking' for what is supposed to be a premium brand - Porsche Garage might be getting a visit

Previous experiences with warranty claims, with other motor groups, have given cause for frustration and disappointment so I decided to visit Parks M G in East Kilbride. I can only report that I received excellent service and help, a far better experience than anything I have encountered before else where. I found the girls in reception to be genuinely empathetic to my situation. The helpfulness from all was brilliant. The technicians knowledge, and patience, was astounding. The truth is that having never been a Parks customer before I will now make all future car purchases from Parks. Thanks for making my visit on such a dreadful day so much easier and fruitful.
