While our return policy, including details about return shipping, is clearly outlined at the bottom of our webpage for transparency, we recognize that situations like this can still feel very disappointing. Receiving the wrong item adds an extra layer of inconvenience, and we understand why that would leave a negative impression.

We’re taking this feedback seriously, as it highlights both the impact of errors in fulfillment and how return costs can affect the overall experience.
