Absolutely brilliant groomers. I took my elderly dog Carrot there several times and after a lifetime of grooming phobia he took to them instantly. Now, having sadly lost my old boy last year, I took my 16 week old pup there for his first groom today and they were just as amazing with him as they were with his predecessor.
Not only did he come out looking and smelling gorgeous, but he also came out happy and confident.

Fabulous service, happy dog, reasonable prices - can't ask for more than that.

I bought a dog extension lead. The clip to attach it broke off before I was even up the street. I returned this five days later as it's our only lead and the staff member said there's nothing I can do as it has signs of wear and tear. I explained it's been on her harness since we bought it as the clip to detach was broken and still the same response. The assistant was rude and uninterested. Products sold not fit for purpose, overpriced items and rude and uninterested staff

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have given you a month to make this right and you have done nothing.
On August 20th 2025 I bought a rope balloon toy from you as a silly present for my 1yr old cockapoo.
Within 20 minutes of giving the toy to him, under my supervision, I had to remove it. Water soluable glue has been used to stick parts of the toy on, including a pompom and two small pieces of felt, one of which my dog swallowed before I could even realise and luckily didn't cause any problems.
I returned this the next day to the Leeds shop to a lovely lady who understood my distress but had to get a manager to authorise a refund/exchange/anything other than selling stuff essentially.
The manager 'Jen' told her nothing could be done as it was 'a delicate dog toy' and I should know better. It has a tug rope on it?
When I argued this point further I overheard Jen on the phone say 'I don't have time for this'. Excellent customer service if I've ever heard it.
I was refused anything and told I needed to come back the next day when a manager was in.
So I went back the next day to speak to them again and the manager again tried to fob me off with 'delicate dog toy' 'you need to watch your dog with it' 'dog toys usually don't last'. But they do usually last more than 20 minutes without falling apart because they're not fit for purpose don't they?
After having to explain what PawPrints own website says about faulty items and contacting the manufacturer (Which Jen told me to do myself) Jen reluctantly agreed to take the toy and my details and refer the issue to the manufacturer. I don't believe she has done this and I will NOT be wasting my money here again. Shocking customer service, managers don't even know their own policies and wasted 2 days worth of my time. As I explained at the time it wasn't about the refund. It was about the unsafe toy they are marketing for dogs which under less supervision could cause choking or internal damage which Pawprints clearly don't care about.

We took our 15 month old cockapoo for a groom. Angel did a fantastic job with Tillie.
She is a very anxious dog and Angel took this into consideration. We will definitely be taking Tillie in future.

This company is a scam, i sent a picture of my dog in. Then they started blowing up my phone and email asking for money. I looked at the calendar and my dog was on it but his name covered his face. I contacted their customer service and they said they couldn't fix it! Do yourself a favor stay away from these losers.

So I’ve been involved with pawprints to freedom for the past 2 years.
I have Rehomed x2 amazing doggies from them.
They are so efficient,professional and caring charity I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.
I’m so grateful for all they do.
I highly recommend and will always continue to support and donate to them!😁

Scam! Buyers beware. Tell you that your pet has won a contest and will appear in calendar and give you discount to purchase multiple calendars. Turns out there are hundreds of “winners” and the company just prints your calendar for only you. If they really want to raise money, have an honest fundraiser. I would gladly pay to have my dog in a calendar even if it’s only for me. Just be honest.

No response. Never received correct order. Customer service horrible auto response on. Do not order or trust this company.

Ordered a calendar from them. It’s a scam. Every pet wins and they just print up a calendar. Ok so I got duped, I’ll own that. Problem is I paid for the shipping ins and it’s lost. Only response I get is to wait. It’s been two weeks since it last moves. Waste of money. Terrible company. Fool me once…..

Bought a French bulldog harness and collar 6 weeks ago only worn a handful of times, now has developed a large hole on the inside of the harness at the back of the D ring, sent an email outlining the poor quality a long with the pictures but was not offered a refund just 50% off a new harness !!! Brilliant customer service (not)

Nice prices but dangerous toys. Purchased a gingerbread man chew toy on a rope and the plastic comes off very easily and my puppy eats it. Not even close to durable enough to be a chew toy. I’ve had to remove the gingerbread man from the rope.

Hi I love the store in Halifax as Matt and all the colleagues know what they are talking about as i purchased a Syrian hamster from there and all the bedding and his food and I would recommend animal dreams woodshavings or pillow wad and the animal dreams wool and compressed paper for the hamsters bedding as my adorable Syrian hamster bear loves all his animal dreams bedding and animal dreams substrate and his carrot cottage and his carrot chew stick and he also loves his hamster ball and his wheel and would recommend this store to anyone as Matt is kind and polite and will help anyone and give you advice when needed so I would recommend paw prints Halifax to anyone for all your animal needs the best pet shop in Halifax

Disgusting to work for get spoken to like crap. Horrible pay only minimum wage. Was my trial day and was rudely spoken to.

I visited the shop in Leeds to buy locusts for my lizard and in all the boxes they were either dead or dying! I pointed this out to a member of staff and asked if they had any fresh ones in. They didnt and offered to sell me a box for £2 with the last two locusts dying in it!
Also a friend of mine saw that they had a rat that was on her own and self harming herself! They still charged full price regardless of its mistreatment to the poor thing!
I will never go to that shop ever again for anything! Do not go in these types of shop! They mistreat their animals and rip the customers off!

Just had Pip at the groomers again for the 3rd time getting his full groom. And yet again we can not say how happy we are again.
The young lady did a fantastic job.
And we have picked up a very very very happy Pip.
Thank you so much and would definitely recommend anyone to take there dog there.

Just had my yorkshire terrier Pip in the groomers at Paw and well what can i say ... absolutely fantastic my dog came out really happy and the girls done an excellent job on him no complaints what so ever.
Perfect. 2nd time now and no complaints
The girls are great they definitely no there job. Reasonable prices. And they looked after him. He's had a bad experience at the groomers in pets at home Huddersfield. so he's very scared when anyone goes near his nails as they cut his nail off which caused him to go to vets. But since he's been at Paw he getting confidence bck. Definatly staying with them I highly recommend them
