Always liked payntr products

I required a new pair of cricket shoes, I liked the look of these and bonus they were in the sale, only worn once but felt great

Suggest size and a half needed bigger than your size. Also tighten studs as I list most of mine during first 5 mins.

Still waiting for it. It’s been a week!

Straightforward process, arrived in an ok timeframe. Didn't receive the socks as part of the junior ambassador programme, but the shoes are great

Payntr are a dishonest company I returned cricket spikes by tracked delivery. The post office confirmed Payntr received the spikes, I emailed them regarding a refund. I was deliberately ignored. Worst customer service I've ever received. They will ignore you & steal your money. They don't have a customer contact number for a reason. You have been warned!

Initially fantastic golf shoes. Really comfortable and a great alternative to expensive brands. However, one of the shoes had a catastrophic failure in the heel where the shoe split. Subsequently, I have tried several times to contact the firm with photos to get an explanation and a replacement but after over 10 days waiting I'm out of patience. Will never be using the firm again. Disappointing for what was initially a great product.

The Payntr socks themselves are really good quality and a decent length. I have ordered these before for my son.
I do think the P&P is too pricey considering it took a week to be delivered and the only packaging was an envelope!

Order never received. Noone replies to emails either.

Lost my package and didn’t deliver on time . Very poor customer service too. Not compensated for the delay on their end ..

Our boy loves Payntr. He has been using Payntr for the last 3 years and won’t use any other cricket shoe.
Comfort and performance are absolutely top!

Service from start to finish was outstanding. Boots arrived within 3 days of ordering and were spot on.

Excellent shoes - on advice purchased a size up which proved to be the correct decision.
