I absolutely love my carpet and will be using the company again for my kids bedrooms. The carpet fitter Ian was a very friendly and polite young man, he went above and beyond and also explained everything so thank you Ian.

Fantastic, easy service. Had a gorgeous laminate done yesterday, fitters were amazing and the floor looks great, highly recommend. Will definitely be back when my other rooms are sorted out and ready for a new floor! Prices are great too, I was expecting it to cos so much more.

Nathan who measured up and gave us the quote is a very pleasent man , provided us with every detail we needed for us to go ahead with our purchase . Follow up phone calls were prompt .

I absolutely love my new flooring. Makes me so happy to finally have nice flooring again. Only thing negative is that the fitters left over flooring which i later found disposed of at the side of my property. It was hidden between the slates of a pallet i have at side of house. I'd have happily disposed of it properly or kept for something else as size maybe enough to do my bathroom. Assume it's what I'm paying for. More the fact it was obviously intended that I didn't see it.

The customer service team was excellent from start to finish from the free measuring service to the fitting of the carpet was done quickly and smoothly nothing was a problem with the whole service and the fact that you can pay weekly or monthly is a big plus

The fitters arrived when stated and got straight on with the job. They were finished just after lunch and tidied everything up.
The work is absolutely beautiful and has transformed our house , we will definitely be recommending and using again.
The quality is absolutely fantastic and makes it really homely.

First time using pay smart carpets Had my stairs done didn’t have to wait long for them for it to be done after picking my carpets aswell. They done an amazing job I’m really happy and can’t wait to get the rest of my house done Thankyou .

Amazing!! Had 2 fitters that fitting hard wood flooring throughout the whole of my ground floor, took them around 4/5 hours, really fast working but at a very high standard, would highly recommend to anyone
