Paid a medical bill on the 5th and it was posted on the 7th. I got another bill in the mail so I scanned the QR code and online showed it was still owing. Had to call customer service to verify. Poor system.

I was attempting to pay a small Clinic that uses this platform, after entering all the information the site froze with a pop-up saying processing payment. This happened twice, at which point I decided to call and pay over the phone. I was using an Android device. Not sure why it wasn't working, but it's definitely an issue if customers can't use the service.

This is the worst bill pay site I have ever used. Between the user interface and lack of response from the site to the false messages the site shows, a complete garbage site that needs a complete redesign.
