They are a group of scammers, not an agency. They swindled me £120 when I called a supposed number from Airfrance for a fake tax. The favorable opinions are false, they put them themselves.Do not call any free phone that appears on the web.The adress shown on their website is also fake.
Report it to the police

It doesn't feel fair they way how that company operates! Its really dodgy! Through out the years I got many tickets but that company is really fishy and they work in completely legal way.

Any company or service working with this company will never be my choice.

I parked using ring go system but They gave me a ticket anyway. I contacted them to explain and I was told to appeal.
I applied with evidence of my parking payment but it was rejected.
If the system is not valid. Why have a machine with that option?
(I paid for both parking and ticket too)

Great company, I phoned with a car problem, he told me to come down, diagnosed a intermittent charging problem ,very helpful and did not want paying for his time and advice.
I'll be using pcm again for next service

instead of coming home and rest my inflmaed body. i now have to spend time dealing with a silly PCN out of spite.

Issued a ticket for parking on a council controlled zone which i had a permit. The street is council controlled and they unlawfully issued ticket for parking on a resident street parking which i hold a permit with the local council. I appealed the ticket which was refused but i never received the outcome of appeal, two months later I received dept collector letter. When called the company they told me that i missed the 21 days appeal deadline. If i wanted to submit an appeal pay £15 , to the same company ,even if the ticket was unfairly issued.

PCM are theives, try and avoid parking on PCM car parks.
Don't give them your money.

These so called parking enforcement are really just modern day dick turpins this company are useless pay them nothing

FORT BHAM PARKING DONT DO IT....I am disabled and I was desperate for the toilet and went into greggs. Due to my condition I had to have something to eat and needed some paracetomol from boots. I forgot to put my badge at the front window and yes my fault. I was going back to put in the window but forgot as concentrated on my condition.
I had a parking ticket, I tried to call them about 10 times and no one answered about 10-20 mins each time. I gave up, did not bother with to appeal just not worth it. £60 later, which I cannot afford but gave up. DONT FORGET YOUR BADGE EVERYONE - WILL NEVER GO BACK.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely terrible service. Calling their customer care department, being told you're number 1 in the que for over 20 minutes.

Any development seeking to protect their parking spaces, look elsewhere, this company will only add more distress to any of your problems.

Useless company, customer service is awful. So I have a mortgaged property for which the developers decided to get PCM in to monitor visiting spaces. I have two spaces at the rear of my property and never requested for these to be monitored. The jobsworth parking guy will look for any excuse to penalise the residents even when the permit is displayed he will take pictures to make it look like it isn’t! Terrible company, why do companies like this exist!

Useless. Bad customer service on phone/in person. Bad language. Aggressive.

Please do yourself a favor and use Cilia's PCM for all your painting and repair needs. I have spent my career as a Facilities Director and Vice President managing hundreds of construction and maintenance projects throughout our area and have never seen the quality of workmanship the men of Cilia's delivers. Jair coninced me when we first met that he was the man to do a renovation on a clients house. He is so much more knowledgable than the four other painters I had bid the job and spent an hour with me as we discussed my expectations for the work on this very high end house. The crew we so respectful and extremely talented. There are differences between a painter and a true tradesman. The attention to detail was beyond expectations. Not once did I have to correct anything. The crew worked non stop through the days to insure a completion before our weather turned into winter. When you see trim painted on it's edge parelleling in and out with the cedar shakes you know these men know their trade and are proud of thier work. Celia's turned an "all right" house into a true thing of beauty. Thank you Jair and all your crew and office staff for a wonderful experience and a job well done!

If I could give minus 5, I would.
This shower of insulting ignotards should be expelled from business.
I spent 15 minutes arguing with what can only be described as a plank of 2x4.
They were saying that they needed to allocate me a parking space to park?
I have a parking space and have since my original tenancy agreement in 1997 in which time I have paid direct debit on a monthly basis.
I told them that they cannot tell me to park anywhere else this has to be the by my landlord and we already made this agreement back in 1997.
My house number is 37 and my bay is 37, why on earth would an organisation who do not have any authority tell me that I need to move otherwise they will clamp me.
I will take them to court for harassment.

The only reason they get even one star is because I have to select one for the review.
Long story short, the customer service rep I encountered was rude and totally unprofessional. He refused to help in the easiest of delivery situations.
I hope to never come in contact with them again!
