Had a great deal on a laptop my daughter needed for college

Quick service and very pleased with the computer. I have purchased several computers from pcm over the years and have always been happy!! Great option for me and anyone who would like to have a good product at a reasonable price!!

Good Price on my Lexmark printer
Ordered on a Saturday evening. Order confirmation e-mail indicated that the printer was backordered but delivery was made within 5 days which was a surprise.

IanPaulo Hernandez is the greatest. He helped me along the way and made sure any issues were covered quickly and professionally.

I thought it would be five days or more before I got my purchase. It arrived two days after I placed the order!

Terrible. Sent a defective product. It's taking a week to get a return shipping label and still nothing. All of the customer service is overseas and speaks no english. Stay far away. Buy from literally any other retailer.

They were selling a graphics card for $100 under its going price. I bought one and they cancled the order and did not tell me about it till I sent an email to customer service. They then posted the same product for double its actual value.

Not trustworthy at all. Go to PCPartpicker to help find deals. This company will never be the lowest price, too greedy.

I purchased MacDrive on 10/25/18 and still have not received an activation. When I called yesterday they hung up on my a few time and finally after a few attempts of calling them, they said they'd call me back. I had to call today to request a refund.

Fast processing! Product arrived in perfect condition in just a few days! Great price too!

Refurbished laptop looks and works like brand new -- saved many $$$ and it arrived in 3 days! Outstanding! I've bought many things from PCM and never been disappointed.

Communication was great overall. I received prompt attention and answers to my concerns. We had an issue with the cooling fan on this refurbished computer and had to return it. Just the nature of the beast- reflection of the service provider is still excellent.

The orders were sent in (3) different shipments, but an overall good experience.

I have had times when I needed to call up support and the phone attendant is set to tell you to try again later and hangs up on you. I had this happen once for a full day. The response time from sales associates is lacking. Sometimes they call you back, sometimes they don't. The products are good and well priced within range and sometimes beating competition.

They called me back and spoke to me to rectify the situation recently. I was satisfied with their response and would raise the review at this point.
