Ordinary AliExpress drop shipping

They do nothing else but ordinary drop shipping from AliExpress. For instance: they sell Apple Watch strap for around 15€. Same strap on AliExpress cost 5€. They even don’t bother to change image of product, same image from AliExpress is on their site. You can easily check if this review is true or false- check tracking number that they will provide you- country of origin is China, not UK. And product that pejayz claim is from UK, are actually delivered through Cainiao which is in China - AliExpress Standard Shipping Delivery.

Watch strap delivered after 3 weeks as…

Watch strap delivered after 3 weeks as these are shipped from the far east which is not detailed on the website. The colour of the strap was nothing like the colour burgundy that I ordered, I asked to return the item but was told it was opened and used so unable to return. I took the strap out of the packaging as pictures were required of the strap to verify colour. Very poor from start to finish, would not reccomend.

False! The order was placed on 9th June and it was delivered on 14th June. Within 7 days and you're saying 3 weeks. Apart from the lies your order has been already approved for refund, as stated in our refund policy it should be in its original packaging but you didn't showed that.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Seller Ignores UK Consumer Rights

UPDATE: your reply shows exactly what kind of customer service you provide. I didn’t use at all the straps. As they arrived, I opened the box, saw them and saw the issues they had and wrote to you immediately. You then requested pictures so I had to take them out of the box and connect them to the watch in order to show you and to record videos in order to prove the defect. Now they are still in your parcel because they can’t be used, and waiting to be returned. I don’t look for discounts, it was offered on the website (10% off). So you are clearly used to lie, especially because I always spoke to you in respectful ways, I will try to see if I can attach our email exchange. You escalated to claim with paypal because you knew that their customer service goes in your favour when they can’t prove major differences, following their T&C, the main issue is that they don’t fit properly not only that they look different, with cheaper materials than showed in your website, shape defects and differences in colour. But UK laws are there for a reason, and online purchases are protected by it. For £72 you should know better, and if you followed the regulation on the matter this review would not be here.

ORIGINAL Review: I placed an order for five Apple Watch wristbands, and what I received was well below acceptable standards — the bands were flimsy, unstable, and did not fit securely to the watch. I immediately raised my concerns with the seller, providing detailed photos and video evidence showing how the bands wobble and pose a risk of the watch detaching entirely.

Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the seller dismissed the issue by claiming I had used a 10% discount code, and therefore was not entitled to a refund. This is not only unprofessional — it’s legally incorrect. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, buyers are entitled to a refund if goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose — regardless of whether a discount was applied.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly and through PayPal, the seller remained dismissive and eventually stopped replying altogether. I will now have to pursue formal channels to try and recover my money.

No customer should have to go through this much effort to be treated fairly. If you’re a UK-based buyer, be aware that this seller appears to ignore basic consumer rights and uses their return policy to deflect responsibility.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller based on my experience.

Hi there! We replied to your ticket already. You bought discounted straps, used them and now want a full refund. Even PayPal has closed your ticket. Your review history shows you are an aggressive scam like buyer who is always looking for discounts and refunds. So in this case we cannot help at all.
