My family and I stayed at Mon Reve for 7 nights.
We highly recommend this villa.
It's location is amazing because of the close proximity to yalikavak marina.
It has stunning views and is a very comfortable home.
Annie and Ian were very professional and the villa manager (Dilek) was always available to assist us.

We stayed at the beautiful Villa Kismet with our family, and it was an exceptional villa with luxurious decoration. Annie and Ian were wonderful to book through and made the experience really easy. Sara, the housekeeper, was helpful and always accessible if there were any issues with the villa. Top three likes of Villa Kismet were location, design and decoration of the villa and accessibility to shops, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend staying at Villa Kismet and we were so impressed we are going again next year.

My whole experience with peninsula, before during and after my stay was straightforward and positive. The team is very accommodating and the villa itself was perfect. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Villa mon reve this July. The location is fantastic and the pool/backyard was great for our group of 7. The rooms were all different sizes and one of them was a bit warm. Overall we’d stay here again mainly due to the location with the proximity to the marina.

We just spent 7 nights at Villa Sun in Bodrum and honestly, it was amazing. Everything was super easy to arrange from the start, and our hosts, Emre and Bahr, were absolute stars – so welcoming and always happy to help.

The villa itself is gorgeous. It’s really quiet, spotless, loads of space, and the view over the bay is just stunning, we never got tired of it. We also tried the concierge services, which made the whole trip even more effortless.

We’ve stayed in Turkey before, but this was hands down the best experience we’ve had. It just felt different, more relaxed, more personal, and way more special.

We’re already talking about coming back because it honestly for the first time in a long time, felt like true relaxation.

Couldn’t have asked for a better Bodrum experience.
Annie and Ian went above and beyond to help with all our questions and it was such a pleasant experience to converse with them until we came to a solution to our wants!
We ended up staying in a gorgeous villa with sea views and pure serenity. I was lucky enough to meet the owners Emre and Bahar, whom welcomed us into their villa with open arms and were excellent hosts.
The people and service are like nothing I’ve ever had before, matched with a huge selection of gorgeous villas, it will be my future go to as nothing competes. Pensinula Villas is a new favourite.

Ann recommended this property once she understood our exact requirements and it was a great recommendation. the whole process for booking was smooth and easy until the end. Ann was very responsive and gave us all the required information as we are big family My father who is on wheel chair was travelling with us.
the property consists of 4 big villas: Jupiter, sun, Moon and Venus and all of them are beautiful, each villa has a private swimming pool and all villas has access to the beach with a beautiful and charming private platform.
the villa was very beautiful and clean with a stunning view but what what made all the difference is Emre and Bullent. Emre is an amazing landlord and very kind person, every time I asked him for something he made it happen directly. Bullent the property Manger lives in the compound and he is a very nice and helpful person.
for sure we will book this villa again and enjoy this amazing experience.

Great selection of villas on the Bodrum peninsula. Easy booking and communication with Annie and Ian. We chose Palm Villa in Yalikavak, which was super luxurious, with an amazing pool and great sea views. Location handy for town where there were loads of place to eat. We chose to cook at the villa a lot using the bbq and fully fitted kitchen with lots of appliances and equipment for those who like to cook. How could I not, with the amazing local produce from the farmers markets.

Next visit we book with Peninsula Villas, we think will try a stay a little further out of town, in a village to get a little more of a rustic Turkish feel, compared to Yalikavak.

We have been renting holiday villas through Peninsula Villas since 2016 and have always been very pleased with their excellent service and the high standards they maintain for their rentals.

Beautiful villa with pretty views. Very conformable 3 bedrooms with ensuit bathrooms. Nicely furnished with full amenities. Nice huge shared pool with private beach access. Excellent service from renter. Alan was exceptionally helpful. Only drawback the steep stairs to and from villa need help if you have heavy luggage

The villa Manager was very cooperative and friendly. We loved the location of the Villa, 5mins away from the Yalikavak Marina. The Villa itself was nice and clean and I would like to thank Annie for suggesting this villa to us! Hopefully we will come back next summer.

We stayed at Hidden Garden. It was a fabulous villa, with an excellent location. James who hosted ensured our stay was hassle free. The villa is very well maintained and has a beautiful private garden.

When planning a holiday that includes renting a house, finding a trustworthy rental agent is paramount to the overall experience and I was lucky enough to have found Annie and Ian from Peninsula Villas. They are the best at what they do and everything ran smoothly thanks to them. They are approachable, informative and always available to answer all questions related to the Villa and/or the region. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone going to Bodrum and I'm sure that if I decide to go back I'll be using their service again. I would also like to compliment both Ali and Karishma -villa manager and concierge, respectively- on the superb service they provided throughout our stay, always available but never over the top or too intrusive. This will definitely be a holiday to remember and mostly because of the great service providers we had. Btw, Villa Sophia was amazing and very well located with breathtaking views of Yalikavak.

Yes Annie was very helpful with the booking and made it a personal service which was great. We stayed at East of Aaegan Villa which I couldn’t fault at all and I like really nice places to stay. It was spotless and the pool was great. The villa is not over looked and very private. It’s on a gated complex and very quiet and secure. About ten minutes drive into the centre of Yalikavak. Charley who manages the villa is really friendly and helpful if you need any advice. She meet up at the villa although we got there late which was very nice of her.

Annie from Peninsula Villas was so helpful and friendly. She took on board what we needed (having been let down by our Time Share) and gave some great suggestions. She was always on her email to advise with every query we had. Arranged airport pick-up etc. Suggested using local buses rather than hiring a car - a great tip! We would highly recommend Peninsula Villas.
Hidden Garden was beautiful. We spent two weeks in this secluded villa with a stunning pool. It was a haven from the busy town of Turgetreis. Full of lovely plants and fruit trees. James (Villa owner) was always on hand to help with any query.
