Bestelling geplaatst op 27/02 en helaas ook betaald! Via de site meer info gevraagd want tot op heden 14/03 geen enkel nieuws...Geen pakket info en ook geen antwoord op mijn mail via de klantendienst...update...15/03...na nog een mailtje met de klantendienst zou mijn pakket ineens verscheept zijn! In blijde verwachting van het pakket! Een dikke 2 weken zonder nieuws na bestelling is toch niet meer van deze tijd hoor...

Cuando revisé su pedido, encontramos que fue enviado, pero hubo un problema durante la fase de envío. Nos pusimos en contacto con la empresa de transporte con respecto a este problema. Sin embargo, nos enteramos de que no pudieron entregar su pedido. Por lo tanto, hicimos su reembolso. Veo que se le ha enviado un correo electrónico detallado con respecto a este problema.

Un’ottima esperienza
Ho acquistato alcuni ottimi prodotti a un prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Il Servizio Clienti ha risposto in modo tempestivo e ha risolto il mio problema (una certa preoccupazione dovuta a un ritardo del corriere nell’aggiornamento del tracking). La consegna è avvenuta in tempi regolari e i due pacchi che attendevo erano perfettamente imballati. Certamente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a questo venditore.
