Moyennement satisfait, mais en ce qui concerne la livraison, décevant. Nous payons quand-même près de 9€ et j'ai attendu 18 jours !!! avant que ça arrive....

La période de Noël étant une période chargée, les commandes sont également livrées en fonction de l'activité de l'entreprise de livraison. Dans certaines périodes chargées comme Noël, il peut y avoir des retards dans la date de livraison. Nous travaillons dur pour que ce temps soit le plus court possible.

The website is good and easy to manage. The prices are reasonable as is the postage. I would give more stars if the bottle had not taken a full month to arrive. Maybe that is the fault of the courier rather than the company.

The first delivery was a total mistake (dog food instade of perfume) but Perfumedeal fixed the problem very very quickly. I could talk with very nice real person and I fully recommend the wesite now.
