Terrible customer service experience
I was offered a 25% discount for a first order. When I added the discount code it only applied 5% off. I called to ask for help and was told to place the order and they would take off the 25% manually and I would be refunded. I called after placing the order and they said they were unable to take off the full discount so I refunded my order but I was stuck having to pay the $12 flex fee that flex won't refund. I wouldn't have placed my order if I knew that I would still be stuck paying this fee. Customer service is very unhelpful.

Glowing Review from Germany
First, the quality of your products is exceptional. Very good value for the price. We have been faithful users for decades and plan to remain so. This is our first attempt to order online for delivery to the nearby U.S. Army military postal service center, which we hope will be successful. If it is, we will order more Au Miel Shampoo in the near future.
