I have been using Perrocone products…
I have been using Perrocone products for almost a year now, and the products are excellent. They actually provide visible results. My issue is with my current order. As I completed my order I was offered an additional bottle of the neck cream at a discounted price, whoch I agreed to add to my order. Next I was offered an eyelid serum, which is a product I’ve been wanting to try, again at an excellent price. Once again I agreed to have the serum included in my order. Once my order was completed the eyelid serum was not included in my order. I sent a message through the chat feature about the additional serum, but never received a response. I contacted support again through the chat and this time conduct a nice chat with an agent. I was informed then the the eyelid serum was not included with my order because it was out of stock. I stated that I believe the serum should be shipped to me at the discounted price once it is restocked. I think it’s unethical to offer a product, discounted or not, have the customer agree to the purchase, then not be provided the product. Why won’t Perricone fulfill this product for me?

Satisfied Perricone MD user for many years.
I have been using Perricone MD products for years and have been extremely satisfied with every product I have tried and continued to use.

I ordered the Hyaluronic Intensive…
I ordered the Hyaluronic Intensive Hydrating Mask because the reviews were good. I got this tube of mask today and the instructions on the box looks legitimate. On the tube is definitely for another product. I’m angry because I feel this is not legit at all. Why are the directions on the tube telling me to wash my face with this expensive mask ? This is definitely suspicious and I’m so disappointed .
