Not good value for money. Flowers don’t last very long.

Have sent a lot of friends flowers via Petalon and they have all been beautiful and delivered as expected. Great business!

I received some flowers for Mother’s Day and sadly some were broken and squashed. However I appreciate this is a busy time for florists and this can happen. When I contacted Petalon to let them know, they immediately sent out a replacement box. The field flowers they sent ultimately were beautiful and in great condition. Many thanks. Great customer service. Would use again and definitely recommend!

AVOID !! Really bad and disappointing. My boyfriend sent me flowers a few months ago from them and they looked nice. Now the second time for Valentines it’s literally half the size even though he ordered the same size. Disappointed and not accurate when you see what’s advertised in their website- we won’t order again.

Easily the most impressive flower delivery service in the UK when creative and ethics are required. I’ve received multiple deliveries via a subscription service and each one is a delight.

I am so impressed! The flowers were absolutely stunning and the team were so helpful and accommodating as I had to send to an unusual address.
The flowers lasted for ages and are somehow even more beautiful than they are on the website.

I've been sending flowers with Petalon since 2020 -- some as gifts, some for myself -- and they've always brought heaps of joy and were delivered on time. Yes, it did happen a couple of times that the stem of a bigger flower was broken (we're talking about the span of 4 years!), but the rest of the bouquet would still be gorgeous and lasted a long time if the water was changed regularly. Love their ethos and their aesthetic -- a loyal client over here!

I love their values and how they grow their own but it's the ease of ordering and the quality of the bouquets that keeps me coming back

Beautiful and ethical flowers which I recently purchased for my wife. Arrived in immaculate condition within the specified timeframe. Will definitely be using them again.

My missus loved the flowers I got for her! It was super easy to order online and thankfully the beautiful bouquet more than lived up to expectations (she has been following petalon on instagram for ages). Delivery was swift to & I will definitely be buying from Petalon again

My daughter likes to order from this company due to their ‘ethical’ stance, so sent me some flowers for Mother’s Day - they arrived in very poor condition, so I provided feedback and received a voucher code to order again. Just used the voucher code and received another bouquet, which were not much better. In my opinion, the flowers are being picked when they are going over, so are in compost heap ready condition when they arrive. I was offered a code for a 50% discount on more flowers, as apparently, that’s all they are able to offer as a small business!

Based on my experience, order your flowers elsewhere.

Highly recommend I was given a monthly flower subscription as a gift and each month the flowers arrive beautifully packaged and a delight on the eye. Moreover in comparison to better known flower subscription suppliers Petalon flowers last for weeks.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, full of scent and packed so well. Really lovely ethos about sustainability as well. Highly recommend.

Don’t shop here. Instagram photos are gorgeous but the actual product is sincerely lacklustre. Advertised bouquet size on the website is so much bigger and beautiful than what you actually receive: near-dead, battered flowers.

Absolutely beautiful flowers. You can really tell they're consciously and thoughtfully grown. Petalon have an absolutely stunning selection of blooms that you just don't get with the likes of other generic florists. Plus, the price and size of their 'regular' bouquet is amazing. Delivery was swift! I will definitely be buying from Petalon again in the future. A very happy customer.

I have used them many times previously last year, and I don't know what has happened but it's all gone a bit South. I had bouquets from my sister sent in Feb and they and the replacement were terrible, they looked old and dying.
Having not learnt my lesson I ordered flowers for my friends birthday to be delivered today, they are now being delivered tomorrow... Despite me ordering them on time. Not sure what the point of a flower delivery service is if you don't get good quality flowers nor on the day you need them. Unfortunately will not be using them again

I ordered the pastel pink mother's day bouquet of flowers approx 3wk before mother's day. I paid extra for the large bouquet so it came to a total of over £60. To say my mother and I were disappointed is a huge understatement. The bouquet was half of the advertised size and the flowers were yellow and green, nothing like the pastel pink bouquet I was promised when I ordered. The flowers also looked dry, wilted and very small. I can see from social media that many other people have had the same complaints. I contacted Petalon and sent them photos - they agreed that what I received wasnt what was promised and that was due to "supply issues". Very disappointing. Will not be using Petalon again.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mum in Dorset. She was very under whelmed to put it politely. The delivery service from DPD was good. The flowers however were very dry and many appeared dead. They perked up a little after being put in water in a vase. The one and only peony was dropped over o the second day and some of the chrysanthemums where broken. For the cost of these flowers this is not good enough. I will not be ordering again & cannot recommend to friends or family. I looked at the the flowers myself on day three and I was very disappointed and felt like many on the stems looked like weeds or weedy. No option to give No stars for my opinion otherwise I would have given a no star review.

I'm a Petalon client for over a year with 3-4 deliveries every months. They always have great flowers with last long. The best thing is that your bouquet will look exactly like on the picture!
