vanaf januari is bij mij 3 keer een bestelling geannuleerd nadat ik gebeld had waar mijn bestelling toch bleef.
Ik stuurde teveel terug!!?? Dit wordt allemaal zo geregeld zonder dat de klant er iets van weet.En eindeloos zit te wachten. Een schandalige behandeling!
En de reden slaat nergens op. Dit is een online winkel dus natuurlijk gaat er weleen wat terug.
Dit is dus mijn laatste contact met deze zaak na vele jaren. Ik laat mij niet als een stoute kleuter behandelen.
Utter incompetent crooks
Utter incompetent crooks. Item returned. Tracking shows they got it. They say they didn't and then kept my return with no refund. Utterly awful experience.

NEVER buy from PeterHahn! Following a mistake made by my elderly mother who made a payment not due to PeterHahn, it took 2 months of email exchanges before they finally promised to refund this error. This was a month ago and of course it still hasn't been reimbursed..and now they are ceasing all activity in Belgium so no recourse possible...real dishonesty...

I'm devastated that Peter Hahn is no longer trading in the UK.
I have bought the majority of my clothes from them for a number of years and now don't know where i can find alternative plus size garments.
my only complaint was that sometimes refunds took a few weeks but it was not really a problem as I loved the clothes and customer service was always excellent. I can@t believe that all these complaints are genuine or perhaps you are not receiving reviews from your many satisfied customers.
I wonder if it will ever be possible for Peter Hahn to trade in the UK again. I HOPE SO

I am sadly disappointed to know that Peter Hahn have closed their UK store.
I received a shoe that was the wrong size even when I ordered the correct one. This was back in October 2023. It eventually arrived in December. I sent it back and had to pay for the correct one to be sent instead of the money be transferred over.
To date I am still not clear when I will receive the additional extra payment as I returned the item when it turned up past the date I needed it.
Can anyone let me know how to reach the company to speak to someone?
No refund after 6 weeks!
I returned an item worth £153.00 to Peter Hahn on 13/2/2024. The tracking details show that they received it on 15/2/2024. I’ve yet to receive my refund!

It’s such a shame as they were offering lovely clothes.
I thought there were problems with the company as very difficult to obtain a refund, fortunately successful in the end.
The reviews in the last year were mostly only one star and the majority of those were regarding non repayment of funds.... alarm bells rung.
Such a shame and maybe if they had responded they would have been able to continue.

No Refund And No Website Either.
I returned an item from my order, a few weeks ago, and still haven't received my refund. Your website address isn't helpful as it tells me you've ceased trading here. Not a happy ex-customer.

Really gutted!
I've just tried to drop into their website as I wanted to know where my 2 outstanding orders are and I am astonished to see that they have closed operations in the UK. Does anyone else know anything about this please? I have been a loyal customer for years and am so disappointed that Peter Hahn has not emailed me in person to explain what has happened. I shall miss them, very much, but hope my 2 items arrive safely as they are paid for.

No problems, would use again.
Searched for a long time for a mens winter wool jacket.
Found one on Peter Hahn (Lodenfrey); quite expensive but looked good. Ordered 21st December, arrived 10th January. I thought this was pretty good, given the time of year, and within the delivery timescales provided in their T & Cs.
Jacket arrived and was well packaged.
Still no refund, after five weeks of chasing......
I returned a pair of boots to Peter Hahn in early December. I have been chasing a refund of £124 since 14 December – five weeks ago. I have called and spoken to the Peter Hahn customer service team in the UK on five occasions, and have emailed numerous times. Although Peter Hahn have acknowledged since the start of this saga that I am owed the refund, they have not processed it, despite promising to do this each time I have contacted them.
I spoke to one of their UK staff again this morning, and again have been promised that their German office will be asked to process the refund urgently. However, I now don’t trust what I’m being told by Peter Hahn staff.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I am still seriously out of pocket.
Update 24/01/24 - I have finally received my refund and an apology from Peter Hahn.

I have received an email from this company claiming they have not received my previous emails requesting a refund even though they were acknowledged by a generated message.
What about the two telephone calls to this company too when I was also informed that it would be sorted?
I am beginning to think I am dealing with the post office! 🥴

I ordered a pair of jeans online and cancelled immediately as ordered the wrong style. I received confirmation of this cancellation and informed i would not be charged.
Upon looking at credit card statement realised I indeed had been charged and requested a refund by email twice with no response and two phone calls to the company.
One month later the order turned up and I refused delivery, item returned to sender.
Very annoyed customer with this company and will be seeking redress with credit card company if not resolved immediately.
Please note I have previously purchased from Peter Hahn and never experienced problems before.

long time to refund returns - very poor service
oh dear what’s happening at Peter Hahn - looking at the recent reviews I can see that I’m not alone in being unhappy with them at the moment
this used to be a good company to buy quality clothing from - on the expensive side but excellent sales to take advantage of
I returned a coat on 21st December and this was received by PH on the 27th
I chased via email twice due to not receiving my due refund but these were never acknowledged or answered - very poor
eventually I got my money back yesterday which is over two weeks from when they
received my return - this is unacceptable service
a bit dubious now about placing further orders especially with their current really bad ratings
01.02.24 -apparently Peter Hahn have now closed their UK side of the business
( which is what a lot of customers had thought was on the cards ) - this is probably why there have been numerous problems with refunds etc recently -luckily mine came through

De verkoper heeft geen hart voor zijn klanten!
Kijk uit wat je koopt! Je wordt bedonderd! Ik bestelde het dekbedovertrek van 155x220cm en ontving alleen twee kussenslopen. De verkoper had gezien dat dit dekbedovertrek set verkeerd geprijsd was en stuurde mij voor de prijs van de set, zoals vermeld op de website, alleen twee slopen. Vervolgens heeft de verkoper de set direct van de site verwijderd. Dit is een zeer klantonvriendelijke behandeling. Maar hier houdt het niet op....De klantenservice is zeer moeilijk te bereiken. De muziek is zwaar ontmoedigend en als je na ruim een uur aan de beurt bent wordt de verbinding tot 3 keer aan toe verbroken. De service is beneden aller peil. Je wordt afgescheept door iemand zonder enig hart voor de zaak. Uiteindelijk ben ik veel meer geld kwijt en ontving ik de nieuwe bestelling veel te laat.
Ik had voor mijn zieke man een nieuw dekbed uit Duitsland gekocht, als cadeau voor kerst. Als de verkoper gewoon eerlijk had laten weten dat er een fout was gemaakt, dan had ik direct kunnen handelen en had mijn man ook voor de kerst de nieuwe dekbedovertrekken. We kregen ze nu pas 5 dagen na oud en nieuw! En dan zie ik nu op de site dat je dus kussenslopen kunt bestellen en een overtrek van een heel andere maat. Zoooooo onvergeeflijk slordig. Zo los je dit niet op met klanten. Een dergelijk bedrijf heeft geen bestaansrecht in deze tijd!

Zero stars from me too. Wish I had looked here before I placed an order.
As a first time customer, I can honestly say I will not be using this company again and definitely would not recommend them.
Placed an order in November 2023 and the money was taken at that stage.
When the order didn’t arrive I telephoned to find out where it was as I was unable to set up an account with Peter Hahn to track it.
I was told 8 -10 days.
Once the order eventually arrived I sent back one pair of the trousers.
Their computer system does not work at all, can’t set up an account which I needed to do to track. Once I got the details to set up an account, the account only held my address due to the new system problems. I rang a couple of times as the Post Office tracking on the return was also not updating.
They had no information for me and suggested I rang back in a couple of days. The Post Office tracking updated to having been received by Peter Hahn.
I then rang and emailed numerous times about the refund. I was told it would be in the New Year due to stock taking. Could not believe it.
On 21st December 2023 I was told that my ‘case’ had been escalated with Head Office in Germany.
I rang yesterday(3/1/23) for an update on the refund. I was told it had been agreed on 22/12/23 but as I hadn’t received it they would contact head office again.
I have rung again today to be told that Head Office had been contacted today and I would hear directly from them.
U.K. telestaff are polite but unable to do anything. This is absolutely disgraceful service from Peter Hahn.
I would stay well away from them.
Please do not respond with the usual contact us, I’ve done that numerous time and nothing changes.

Zero stars if possible. I paid £69 for a cardigan which has never arrived. After numerous calls a refund was agreed which also has never materialised.
Money lifted from account 30th May 2023.Numerous phone calls, email to head office and finally in December a formal letter signed for. Still no garment, no refund as agreed and no reply from Peter Hahn.

Not worth the money now & customer service poor
I have bought a few items over recent years at what I class considerable cost. At one time Peter Hahn refunded for anything even if worn&washed,I was informed of this by an employee during a query.
As time went on I realised that none of the clothes were as good as described after washing as per instructions or worn once. I was being bombarded by catalogues and just thought this is ridiculous. Took a few attempts to cancel and only succeed when I phoned and also mentioned why I was cancelling. Man was defensive and said there was no refunded for items unless faulty. It's faulty if you can't wear in my opinion,he was not into customer!
Would never recommend or use this company again,really isn't worth money or effort. No doubt they will inform me to contact them to discuss but already done hence review. Date this happened is not exact and I'm using my husbands email my name is Sandra Aughney.
