PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! The worst car company I have ever dealt with sold me a car with one key never informed me until the car was delivered we are months on now and it still isn’t resolved. Also car arrived stinking of dog and full of dog hair how that car left the showroom is beyond me!!! It was absolute filth also can’t get sense out of any worker it’s like speaking to a brick wall.

This ongoing issue has been unresolved now for 5 months! This company, that supposedly prides itself on great customer service, couldn't be further from the truth. It is unbelievable that the only way I have been able to get some limited response; then again nothing, has been through trust pilot! They don't answer emails, the phones just ring out and the branch where the ongoing issues are, is now closed with no-one to be able to support or contact!! It is getting to the point where I may need to take this even further!!!

Josh was extremely helpful. Absolutely no pressure to purchase. Explained everything really well. Could not ask for better service. A very happy customer.

Went down to look at a few different models to upgrade my car for work and the staff were great. Friendly, welcoming and no pressure. Handover and purchase was dealt with by Josh who was very professional and helpful.

Judging companies without experiencing problems is often very easy to be positive but the real test is when there are problems and what we have witnessed and experienced. when a breakdown with our new car was a real effort from staff that exceeded expectations as after sales care a true credit to the car sales industry. Many thanks to Mark in Perth and Linzi and everyone else that helped even on the last Saturday before Christmas.

Collected my car from Peter Vardy Perth, Alan was a great help and made sure the process was as quick as possible.

We were served by Alex who had a very geniune and pleasant manner, not too pushy or smooth. He was extremely patient even when we kept changing our minds! He found us a car that suits us down to the ground.

Josh made us feel very welcome, was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. His sense of humour made the experience a lot better for us when we were unsure of things.

Joshua was very transparent, welcoming and experienced when it came to helping us understand and arrange our settlement agreement. He then helped us choose another car and reassured us on the process. It felt easy and I didn’t feel pressured. The manager also helped cover us with the warranty and made it feel very secure. A much better experience than the Dundee store.
