About Nationwide App

So dissapointed after 4 years of paying this insurance!!
I paid this company thousands of dollars over more than four years, and the way they handled the cancellation of my dog's insurance policy was ridiculously horrible. The cancellation was delayed due to their own website error, yet they refused to issue a refund.
Their customer service showed no accountability or willingness to make things right. After my experience, I cannot recommend this insurance company to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars. Or even negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. David, if you are watching this. Please go back to the training and learn how to assist your customers right again from the beginning.
