Ken was very patient with me. He explained the coverages available, the premium and exclusions. I was surprised about the availability of a vet 24/7. Good experience.

We just stared but the process was easy to follow and not confusing or difficult.

I took Xariah when I got her to vet applied for insurance even added the vet care and shot coverage received a letter needed vet records had to pay for second round of shots she got clean bill of health sent in all visits keep getting letters need 12 month vet checks she’s almost 5 months still don’t know if I have insurance .

It was a great experience! We added a new kitten to our current insurance policy. The representative made it quick and was very informative.

I had to call twice to reach someone knowledgable, but once I found that person they were extremely helpful in getting me a plan for my third pet that was comparable in coverage and close in price to an active policy with Nationwide that we carry. I called again to upgrade another policy and was also successful in speaking with someone who was able to improve the coverage for a reasonable price.

I felt very well cared for and listened to by the young woman who took our application. She was knowledgeable, patient and had a light, loving way of referring to our tabby Neko. After putting this off for months, this was actually a surprisingly relaxed and pleasant experience.

Ken, was so very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable of the products that I needed for our dogs. I was so happy to speak with Ken he made the process easy to sign up another dog. He also explained all the benefits that Nationwide has to offer. Once again, Ken is an asset to Nationwide. Thank you. Dolores
