DO NOT USE PETLINK. I wish I could give no start. But then you wouldn’t see this. I’ve had my cat for 8 years and it 2024 her chip number got transferred out of my account. I have no idea who could have authorized that because I sure didn’t. I have been her only owner since I got her as a 6 month old kitten and petlink couldn’t do a thing to help me. Hopefully she’s found.

Even though they say listed at very start of add only thing mentioned was app .and when you look at internet remarks they are same as mine they weren't. Poor battery how are you supposed to find something if can't ping very often.

My PetLink transponder quit working and when I reached out to PetLink...they replaced it!

My dog got out after my fence blew open on a very windy day and I live on a busy street. I have 2 dogs, one was not as adventurous and stayed in the yard. Thankfully, someone took her to the vet and had her chip scanned and they called me while I was at work letting me know my dog was safe. I did not update my info and I had changed my dogs name when I got her so once I figured out who Sara was all was good. So remember to update your info!! Glad I never changed my phone number!!

User friendly website which stores pet information if pet is tagged with them. Very good selection of product.

PetLink has helped me find my Husky more times than I’d like to admit. He is an escape artist. I am so grateful for this service. Highly recommended using this service for the safety of your beloved pet.

PetLink offered their expertise to allow other dogs chipped by another company to sign up with them. My other rescue was chipped by Petlink a year and a half ago so this was great that I could register my newest rescue under the same company. Only 1 place to contact if they got out or if someone took them. Ordered a tag for my newest rescue dog and it arrived within a week.

We were so happy when we received the text that our dog has been found by her chip!

Registering my dog's new microchip with PetLink was easy, and maintaining the account is uncomplicated with respect to address, email, and/or phone number changes.

Great experience. Super easy to do. My only complaint was they didn’t offer the dog tag with it like the other one did for my daughter’s dog. Went back through and found something like it but not as great. But other than that it was an awesome experience

I can't say anything is wrong with my tag bc I've never received it. Customer service is horrible so I disputed the charge with my bank and they refunded me.
What a pain.....

Super fast shipping of my tag! I ordered one from my other dog's Microchip company - Homeagain, and still do not have it, and it is a month today since they took my money! Homeagin just said if I had not received it within 2 more weeks to feel free to contact them then. Sure wish my other dog had the PetLink tag, they are awesome!

Thank you - I didn't even anticipate EVER needing to use these, but they proved to be extremely valuable in helping me get through the airport Vet Check in Lisbon. Who would have know...glad I got them!

It's comforting to know that my boy if lost has a point of contact. Your website is so helpful and easy to navigate. I just ordered him a new tag and hopefully a collar soon.
